Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Knoxville

I was hosting for a group of friends. I preorder in the Pizza Hut app at 8am to have the order placed at 6:15pm. I ordered 3 large pizzas, 1 medium pizza, and wings the order was close to $70 for delivery. One pizza needed a different sauce due to one person not being able to eat tomato base items, so I ordered the large hand toss garlic Parmesan sauce with chicken,green peppers, and mushrooms. The order gets delivered at 6:21pm which was great time because it was predicted to be delivered at 6:40pm. Off course the 1 pizza that needs a different sauce is made with the wrong sauce. The chicken wings are over cooked and crunchy, the large pepperoni pizza is over cooked and dry. I call the local store number to at least get the pizza with the wrong sauce replaced. When I call the local store number a call center picked up the call and I told them the problem with the one pizza and was told they would transfer me to the store. I spend the next 35 minutes being transferred within the call center that is based in Miami, Fl because the store does not pick up!!! After 6 different people in the call center has spoken with me and told me the same thing they say sorry here is the corporate number because we don’t know what the stores phone problem is. I call corporate, and the lady tells me she is deeply sorry that my order that I paid for is incorrect and I can not get assistance in fixing the order. She will have management call me in the next 1-3 business days with a solution!!!!! Are you serious!!! All I wanted was one pizza to be replaced so ALL my guest could eat and instead 1 will not get to eat pizza because it will take 1-3 business days to get management to local store!!!!!! Over half my order is unsatisfactory but I’ll have to wait for 1-3 business days for a solution!!!! Hopefully the rest of guest will like large super supreme and 1 medium pan pepperoni and mushroom pizza!!! I would really like to get a pizza that is cooked just right. I ordered a cheese pizza and cheese bread to be delivered. I received a warm pizza that was way over done. I took pictures of these pizzas to show corporate office of this store. I called the Pizza Hut and told them that I was really disappointed in the way my pizza and cheese bread was cooked and associate offered to cook another and had that order re delivered. I received the same overcooked product. So twice I was disappointed and the worst was that my child was hungry and waited nearly and hour for two different orders that she couldn’t eat. I paid $25 for a medium cheese pizza and one order of cheese bread to be delivered and to beat it all the store doesn’t even have employees that can deliver, they had door dash to bring my food. Unbelievable!! I feel bad for the poor girl that worked that day, seeing how my pizza was pretty much burnt, I’m sure she is over worked and underpaid. That store needs a new oven or more employees and if they can’t do either then they should just shut down. Pizza Hut used to be so good and I loved there crust and the cheesiness yummy, but now I would rather go buy a Red Baron pizza from Kroger for $4.39. Some thing should be done about this soon or they will loose a lot of business. I will definitely not be ordering from here anytime...

Spent $70 on our order and tipped over $16 which is over 25%. I don't know what the deal is with this company but they have gone way down hill. They left a meat pasta off our order so I politely explained what had happened to the male manager. He asked if I wanted $10 credit to use next time or he could refund the money to my card. I politely told him I would love to have the pasta because that was my dinner and he kindly said that was totally understandable and he would have it re-delivered . I waited and waited almost 2 hours and still no pasta. Mind you 2 hours of waiting puts me receiving the order at midnight which is absolutely absurd. It's now 12:30am and I still have yet to hear anything, so I call them back to only get hung up on. So I call back a second time just thinking it was an accident. A male voice answers and I begin to kindly ask if they are sending the missing pasta from our order, then click. Which makes it the third time I was hung up on. I gave up. I don't know if it's just this Cedar Lane location or if this is happening to local stores everywhere but something has to change. I guess this is why this particular store is only rated three stars.
