Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

This is my 2nd visit here in a month and they really need to get their stuff together. Mgmt needs to know you don't charge for extra milk in espresso drinks....its in the manual. Learn your craft. The manual specifically states that you charge for extra milk in coffee based drinks only.

You CAN warm a loaf pastry with icing on it, it won't melt on the lower setting and you warm it on paper so not quite sure how it gets "all over the oven" as it was just put to me.

Don't bother using the mobile app here because it still takes 20 minutes.

And don't expect to ask for the milk carafes that are supposed to be on the counter because they don't put them out.

Overall, the staff is just rude and does not make things modified or the way you'd want it done. The policy of well remake it for you does not apply here.

This is not your typical Starbucks experience, so don't let this place ruin your experience at...

Ok so this Starbucks is the most rude most obnoxious of all literally I walk in to order not a sole in the place I hear laughter coming from the employees so loud I almost thought I was in a bar !!
