I ordered the Chipotle Chicken FlatBread and had it delivered. I did not immediately eat it when I got it. After an hour of having it sitting on my desk, I take a bite and my chicken is COLD! Not warm, not room temperature, but COLD. I called the establishment to ask if it was supposed to be cold and the "General Manager" informed it's not supposed to be cold, can only refund HALF of the cost because it had been an hour since it's been delivered. I find this to be so appaulling because it was COLD not WARM not ROOM TEMPERATURE, but COLD. Luckily i live 10 minutes away so go ahead AND LEAVE WHILE ON THE CLOCK(I work from home) to have my sandwich remade. No problem (even though it is because well... I had my food delivered). I originally ordered with no bacon. Guess what MY SANDWICH HAD BACON. The customer service bar these days is in hell but for the audacity of the manager to tell me i can only get half of a refund because it's been an hour since it was delivered and then i HAD TO GO PICK IT UP because why would only get half of a refund when it was COLD, not WARM, not ROOM TEMP, BUT COLD like it came out of the cooler and was not heated up at all. My WHOLE SANDWICH was a completely different temperature when i went and picked up. They didn't apologize for my inconvenience of having to come and get my sandwich remade when it was originally DELIVERED then they put bacon on it which was incorrect. I didn't check because i expected it to be right. LUCKILY FOR TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE I don't have an ALLERGY TO PORK or any RELIGIOUS RESTRICTIONS or I would sue. I'm upset at the fact it would have been half of a refund when the employees didn't get it hot in the first place like hey skipped a whole step in the process and gave a cold sandwich when it was supposed to be hot. And at the most extreme room temperature after an hour. My lettuce was not wilted nor my tomato which usually indicates heat has been applied from the chicken especially after waiting an hour to eat it. Pleaee make it make sense. I wouldn't deliver from this location. Pick up yes but delivery NOPE DONT DO IT. I ordered my food at 8:30a and received it by 9:15a opened my bag to a cold sandwich at 10:15...

Read moreI stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Sunday night with my two 8-year-old daughters. We ordered smoothies, and while we waited, my girls sat at the high tops near the counter. The young man making the smoothies was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he efficient and focused on making the drinks, but he was also kind and engaging with my daughters. He had them giggling and smiling the entire time, and it really made our visit special.
