Subway — Restaurant in Knoxville

I usually like Subway and have been to this one numerous times before. Today's experience was HORRIBLE. First, altho the staff all wore masks I was the only customer to do so. Two women placed multiple orders ahead of me and the workers they had were SLOW. BEYOND SLOW. As the line grew longer a race driver (he won the 3rd heat last week according to his conversation) began speaking over my head to a man behind me. No masks, no 6'. Finally it was my turn. One of the staff was especially slow and I got her. Then she needed more lettuce. And so on. I nearly walked out in the middle of her completing my order. I won't be going back there for...

Tonight, on 10/23/25, I ordered two sandwiches online. We come here often, and sometimes small mistakes like adding tomatoes when I asked for none happens, but that's all. That was NOT the case today. They changed the breads, put almost no sauce on one of the sandwiches despite my request for extra, and the sandwiches were falling apart. The time was around 6:50PM.
