Public House in Knoxville gets a solid 5 stars from me. I've been coming here off and on for almost 10 years and have never gotten tired of it. The vibe is relaxed and artsy, with awesome artwork adding a cool, creative touch to the space. The beer cheese and pretzel are a must, rich, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. Drinks are strong and well-made, and there's a great variety to choose from whether you're into craft beer, cocktails, or something in between. This is a great little bar. There are no televisions which add to the ambiance. You can actually have a conversation....with people....if you put your phone down long enough or leave your laptop at home(which I did not).
