Really great place to take your dog .huge areas for both med,LARGE and small dogs ..most of the pet owners that I've come incontact with are great keep a watchful eye on their dogs i did have one incident where 2 huskies jumped my dog.the huskies owner didn't Apologize didn't ask if my dog was ok "he wasn't" the guy just took his 2 dogs and left. My dog had several bite marks and was enough to have him bleeding pretty good i had to stich him up with a few stitches nothing serious but serious enough ....to need a few stitches....i still go to the dog park its great there quiet clean get location well kept up i drive 45 minutes to take my fur babi to this park on a daily basis definitely...
Read moreEvery-time we go with our dog we have both good and bad experiences . one time a lady let her dog attack ours and did not do anything about it. Recently again another dog basically dragged my dog to the ground and stand over her, she is scared of big dogs now because they attack her. she is the most loving dog ever, i wish people would stop brining their dogs that appear to be aggressive or even do something when a situation happens. Read moreThis is a very crowded worn out piece of property that is not level. It's not very comfortable to go there because there's too many dogs on the large side. It stinks there too because the area is too small for that many dogs. There are definitely better dog parks in Knoxville. They should either expand this one or build another one nearby to manage spillover and overcrowding. Now that there's lots of people living downtown everyone brings their dogs here so it's more of a social experience than it is actually for your dog. I recommend going to ijams nature center or to Sequoia hills Cherokee boulevard for your dog...
