Start off with a positive, at least my awful experience saved me money. I’ve been coming to this bar for years now. Befriended most of the staff and was always warmly welcomed by them. I can understand a busy shift, I’ve worked in the service industry including management for nearly a decade. However what occurred was not due to a busy environment but from just blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect. Katie H. watched me and my partner sit at the bar for approximately 10 minutes. Never said a word to us but decided to help every single patron around us. Not one or two mind you, I counted and it was 8. One of those people was actually someone who is underage that gets by with a fake ID that my partner used to work with. We simply left after getting absolutely 0 attention. Not even a “Hi we’re busy we’ll be right with you”. I know this was her plan since the other female bartender wouldn’t speak to us eitherand as soon as we sat down they went to the opposite side and returned together promptly with nothing in hand. We have enjoyed every experience there until now. We’ve always taken care of the bartenders because we understand service industry. Katie H. however decided to further instigate this experience and message my partner privately at 2 am, 2 days after our visit claiming to ban us from Union because we have spoken to friends about how awful it was. Funny when you’re walking out of a bar because you can’t get service and you befriend someone else walking that was complaining of the same staff member. As a business owner, I would be concerned if one employee was causing so much commotion because they can not set aside personal feelings and do the bare minimum of their job. I do not know this person and do not understand why I couldn’t just have a drink and sit on the patio and enjoy the night. I hope to see this...

I’m not one to complain but after my experience I have to say something. Let’s start with the service, after waiting almost 2 hours to order a drink and being blatantly ignored I finally got fed up and brought my quarrels up to a female bartender named Katie. I simply asked if I could be helped and what I got was the worst experience of my life. First it was “maybe if you wait longer I’ll think about helping you.” Along with her laughing right in my face and then walking off to clearly serve a group who she knew. Some of those people looking to be underage and not being ID’d. After about another 10 minutes I asked again as I’m not someone to blow up in a bar as maybe she was having a bad night until what happened next is what crossed the line. When I asked Katie again if I could be served she said “absolutely, just give me one second.” She then turns around and opens a microwave behind the counter and pulls out a honeybun that seems like she had been heating up for awhile. And like Payton manning himself she thunderc*unt this honeybun straight at my face like it was a game winning short pass during an NFL superbowl. Thankfully after years of training I was able to dodge the flaming hot sweet and not get hit. After asking why she had done this she said “because your face annoyed me and I thought it would be funny to make you look like Freddy Krueger.” I left right after this comment defeated and depressed. Only to find out my car had been used as target practice for her honeybun assault. I cannot stress this enough. If you have bad employees please reprimand them when they cannot do their job instead of trying to save them and make them...

Used to come here once a week at least. Thank you for saving me my money because I will never return here and absolutely will save anybody else from coming here. Disgusting service from the bartender. Actually a good amount of the bartenders there on Friday night we extremely rude. The one that stands out the most is probably the one that cursed me out for asking if anyone could please take my order, very calmly and after waiting at the bar for ages, please check your cameras. You will clearly see your bartenders have favorites. You will also see two other people that were waiting and eventually left because we were flat out IGNORED. please check your cameras. Because obviously you may think I’m lying. Teach your STAFF to treat people with RESPECT. Absolutely disgusting personality and a the nerve to speak to people he doesn’t know in whatever way he feels like. If you can’t handle a Friday night, which wasn’t busy at all, then maybe bartending isn’t for you. I’m not sure where your staff gets off yelling and cursing at the guest but best believe I will make sure every soul I know within my power will hear about this nasty, too big for his britches, compensating for something bartender, and effectively the establishment. I haven’t been yelled at since I was a child and I’ll be damned if I let it happen by some trash employee. Absolutely despicable to treat others this way.
