Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Kohler

I really hate giving this location a two star rating because normally the service and food is great. Not today. The gentleman who took the order and rang it up provided excellent customer service. The person who made the sandwich did not. The bread happened to be cut very thin on the bottom and very thick on the top. The gentleman lined up the bread correctly but the other associate cut bread for another order in reverse and mixed up the bread for the orders. I ended up with a sandwich with two slices of bread so thin that it couldn’t hold the contents and fell completely apart. I actually took the contents and put it on bread that I had at home. It’s difficult to pay $11 for sandwich meat! What made it worse was the way the associate treated the customers. I recognized her rudeness was not solely directed at me. She was rude to everyone. First time visiting. Disappointed to say the least. I had a coupon and asked what qualified and the person was snotty with the answer. Whatever as long as it's a regular sub. I asked does a club count? He said if it's a regular sub. I don't know what that means. Each sub place is different. He seemed a bit annoyed with the questions I had. Next person asked me (super quietly) if I wanted it the mikes way. Again, didn't know what that was. So I asked and didn't understand him. So I told him I can't hear you. He rolled his eyes and said "the mikes way" okay .. still not answering my question. But figured I'd try it. Turns out the mikes way means Covered in oil that will drip all down your shirt when eating. Cool. Noted. Sub was mediocre. It was messy as heck. Would I go here again? Probably not. Have been here twice. Ordered it online to be picked up. Both times I have payed for extra meat, and in the comment section I have specified that I wanted extra of a particular kind of meat, but not the other. The first one I ordered was the Italian--asked for extra salami but not extra ham. I ONLY got ham on my sub. The next one I ordered i asked for extra Peperoni, but not extra of the top round. It appears as if I only got extra of the top round. If I was not paying extra each time to have my sandwich the way I like, that would be one thing.
