McDonald's — Restaurant in Kokomo

disgusting management, disgusting store, disgusting food. this morning, while driving for door dash, i got an order to pick up at this McDonald’s. the order was placed at 4:43, and i got there to pick it up around 4:55. i knew they didn’t open until 5, so i made my customer aware and waited to be greeted. 5:03, im sitting at the drive thru window and i felt like i was being watched, so i look at the window and one of the managers is standing at the window just staring at me with a smug look on her face…i stare back for about 10 seconds and finally say “…hello?” she said “hello.” and just kept staring at me, so another 10 seconds go by and i say “…can i help you?” she rudely tells me “we don’t have a doordash order.” i have her the code for the order just as the other manager tells out that they do in fact have that order. She then gets upset and tells me i have to come inside for it. i pull around, and come inside to get the order. once inside, i stood at the counter for at least 30 minutes watching her push every single drive thru order that came in that time frame, without even acknowledging me. The entire time, she’s talking to the other manager and employees about how “she really just shouldn’t even make this door dash order because it came through before they opened.” i still remained quiet…finally, at 5:30 (i had been there since they opened at 5am) she hands the doordash ticket to the kitchen and says “i really shouldn’t even make this but can yall make this order?” as if she’s waiting on me to argue with her. i still stayed quiet. finally, after 35ish minutes, she gets the order bagged up and tosses it on the counter at me. as i’m doing what i need to on the doordash app, she starts in telling me how next time she will not make the order if it was placed before they opened. i explained that i did not place the order, and she can contact DoorDash to have them change the hours for the store so no orders come in after closing time. she continues to cut me off just repeating that she will not make future orders. after her being disrespectful, i decided im not going to argue with her. I grab the order, tell her to have a great day, and start to walk to the exit. As i’m walking away, she starts in about how she’s going to have my car towed next time i park by the door, even though there is no “no parking” signs, i wasn’t blocking the door or drive thru, i wasn’t blocking any entrances or exits, and my hazards were on. i wouldn’t have had to have my car sit there for so long if she hadn’t purposely held my order for 30 minutes before making it. She was very rude, veryyyy disrespectful, obviously lazy since she simply refused to make my order for 30 minutes at no fault of my own. i called to ask for the number for corporate, as i will be contacting them about this matter, and she asked “well why do you need the number to corporate?” i said “maybe because i need to speak to corporate.” they need new management, and maybe new cleaners too since they don’t clean the bathrooms, and i had to call the store from the bathroom the other day to request a roll of toilet paper to wipe myself. sad. go literally ANYWHERE else but...

McDonald's has always been and likely always will be the Worse excuse for any kind of eatery. They raely ever get an order correct. Today I went there n got m GF 2 fish sandwiches w/tarter sauce and I ordered a Plain no cheese quarter pounder. Got home no tarter sauce at all-none. Mine was a fully loaded QB. I ordered also 2 chocolate Oreo pie and got home with 2 strawberry shortcake pies. Everything was wrong. I went back for tarter sauce and to get my sandwich correct. Well dude hands me the corrected QB as I took the bag I asked him was this one w/o cheese and completely plain QB. The crew mgr. Said yes Sir ,oh BTW they forgot to put extra tarter sauce in the bag, so he, the mgt. Says yes plain , well I opened it , the QB box and it had everything and cheese on it. What kind of idiots does McDonald's hire? I quit going to McDonald's in 2012 and hadn't been back until today. I quit going because they , McDonald's screwed up my orders 9 out of 10 religiously. My GF wanted a fish sandwich from there or I still wouldn't have gone. I will never return to a McDonald's. /Burger King , KFC , Wendy's , Carl Jr. , Jack in the box Never screw up my orders or at least I can't remember...

Everyone watch out when you eat at McDonald's on Sycamore in Kokomo now I don't know if both McDonald's is doing it but just in case because I went there and got a quarter pounder with some fries and a coffee and I ate my sandwich and I lost the evidence but I found a piece of hair long piece of hair in my sandwich and I haven't even opened it yet cuz I usually eat my fries first but I've never opened my box of my quarter pounder and I finally opened it and I took a bite and a long piece of hair came out of my food now it's probably there was proof that somebody seen it on a recording of somebody a worker at McDonald's spitting in people's sandwiches and they're doing something to the french fries so I'm hoping that's not true but me finding a piece of hair in my sandwich made me not want to eat there no more so I want to let people know to watch what they eat and check their food before they eat it... I had proof but then I accidentally dropped it on my bedroom floor. And when you want to order food you can't hardly see the screen very good because it goes in and out and it's been like that front and how long and they haven't done...
