Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kutztown

I order from Dunkin everyday and spend a lot of money on Dunkin as I love coffee and drink atleast 3 a day and Dunkin has always been my go to I am a Dunkin fan all the way! But I must say this location does not pay attention to orders! Today I sent my husband to go pick up my walk in order as I couldn’t go grab it myself and when he got back to the house with my order I realized right away it’s wrong! I ordered 2 Large iced coffees and a large cold brew with sweet cold foam. The stickers on all 3 cups had the correct order but I guess they don’t pay attention to their job enough to actually read to know what they are suppose to be making because I instead received 3 iced coffees which made me mad because everyone knows it’s about 2 dollars more for a cold brew with the foam. So not only was my order incorrect but I technically got ripped off for my money! I usually don’t complain but they also have messed up my coffee previous times as well where it won’t have any liquid sugar and I have to dump it out and not drink it I am tired of my money going to waste because they can’t take a moment to read what they are making and make sure it’s correct! My husband doesn’t know the difference so it’s not like he can tell when he picks my order up regardless of that it should be the correct order he shouldn’t have to worry and it’s pointless to drive back because we live a good 15...

I was in Kutztown , PA bringing my daughter to the university for a volleyball camp. We stopped at Dunkin for a beverage while we waited for registration to open. We love Dunkin and shop at our hometown Dunkin weekly. We will no longer shop at any Dunkin establishments! My daughter ordered a Buttered pecan latte which tasted great until she found a latex glove in the bottom of her drink!!!! That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We returned and the staff member told us his manager was off duty. I asked that he call him which he did and the manager’s only reply was give her food and a drink! Do you honestly think I will ever purchase anything from DD every again? NEVER! Customer service lacked and management skills as well. You’re better than this Dunkin! First time stopping here and I will never be back. I placed a curbside order on the app and when I pulled up to the window, all 4 employees stood at the counter just staring at us sitting at the window. We had to put our window down to even get one of them to come over. She asked if we needed something, um yeah, our order? With absolutely nobody else in the store, she said “did you order curbside?” I said yeah, it’s under Savannah. She looked at me like I had six heads, then grabbed my bag, showed it to the other employees and brought it over. I said thank you, and she just shut the window and walked away.
