During my recent trip to PA, I got the opportunity to dine in at Simran Indian Cuisine located in Kutztown. As I entered the restaurant, I was instantly impressed by its ambience. The colorful decoration with authentic Indian sceneries on the wall made it look like I was home. Since we are vegetarian, We ordered Kadai Paneer and Garlic naan and Aloo Gobhi. The restaurant was houseful that day and the aroma of sizzling tandoori smoke was everywhere making me more hungry. The service was friendly and attentive and when the food came, the first thing I do whenever I go to a restaurant, is to turn the Naan upside down to check if it is burnt or not. However, this naan was crispy and well cooked with light brown color. I thanked God as usually that is not the case at other places. The Kadai paneer looked delicious and the flavors was authentic, and the presentation was impeccable. The Aloo Gobhi had enough spice to please my taste buds. The garlic bread was also hot and fresh and smelled aromatic. And finally we tried the indian tea which was again very tasty and reminded me of my village in Punjab. We loved the food and while it was excellent, the wait time for our main course was slightly longer than expected. I didnāt really mind that as we were having a good time looking at other people who were enjoying their sizzling dishes and various curries. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves pure Punjabi...

My wife and I are big fans of Indian cuisine, so while visiting my mom in Kutztown, we decided to try Simran Indian Cuisine ā and weāre so glad we did. Without question, this was the best Indian food weāve ever had.
We started with two appetizers to share: the Chili Paneer and Samosa Chat ā both were bursting with flavor. For our main courses, we ordered the Lamb Vindaloo, Goat Korma, and Chicken Korma, paired with Marsala Naan and Onion Kulcha. Everything was perfectly spiced and incredibly rich in flavor.
To drink, we enjoyed two Mango Lassis and my wifeās personal favorite, the Salted Lassi ā a refreshing and authentic touch. We ended our meal with the Gulab Jamun, which came highly recommended and absolutely lived up to the praise.
Amrick, the owner, made the experience even more memorable. He took our order, made spot-on recommendations, and showed such warmth ā especially toward my mom, affectionately calling her āMomā throughout our visit. That personal connection made the meal even more special.
When Amrick mentioned he had family in Edison and Jersey City, NJ, I wasnāt surprised ā the food here has that authentic touch youād expect from āLittle Indiaā in the U.S.
This place is a hidden gem, and if you love Indian food, itās absolutely worth the trip. Thank you, Amrick and family, for an outstanding meal and a truly...
