Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in La Cañada Flintridge

I’m honestly so disappointed in this location. I visit here when I’m on my lunch breaks at work because it’s closest and every time I’m always disappointed. I continue to order in hopes that it’ll be better than the last time because I’ve loved Jersey mikes for years. Like 8 years. This location is skimpy on product and will give soggy toppings. I ALWAYS order extra cheese and it’s like paper thin every time. Not to mention I don’t understand their online order pickup procedure because they don’t put it in the pickup section and if I stand off to the side (out of the in-store order line) I won’t get acknowledged. When they finally decide to acknowledge me, they’re very passive. Like come on guys, most of us work too and understand bad days but EVERY TIME?? It takes a lot for me to waste my time on a bad review but this location has obviously has earned their bad title considering reviews and corporate must not care. Tired of wasting my money here. I had dinner here and ordered a sandwich. It was absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh, and the customer service was excellent. You could tell they really care about quality and cleanliness. One thing worth mentioning: while I was there, a glass container with what seemed like oil or spices accidentally broke. The staff immediately threw out everything nearby, including big containers of lettuce, the tomatoes, and even the sandwich they were in the middle of making, even though the glass didn’t break directly over it or even close to it. Jersey Mike's is great if you're looking for a quality no frills deli sandwich. Their menu includes all the deli meats, vegetables and condiments one would expect and you can choose between a regular or large sandwich. What separates them from the average deli is the oil and vinegar with oregano salt and pepper they include on most sandwiches.
