Panda Express — Restaurant in La Cañada Flintridge

Not this Panda ..... 8:45 pm Thurs Oct 10 ... 3 orders of bigger plates slim pickins for entree

s , choices were limited fried rice & chow mein were bland entree

s were OK counter person rushed us thru .. like hurry up .. I have better things to do here not friendly at all had good experiences elsewhere , but not this La Canada location on Foothill Blvd we contacted corporate to inform them about our bad experience , took them a week to get back via email saying they will look into this matter on Oct 22 Now Nov 5th .. nothing more , just the look into it !! No Follow Up ?? We waited now for over 3 weeks to review this to see what they will do about it .. now we know they do not care about good customer service or food We will do our best to to share this bad experience with all our friends and associates in and around La Canada to let them know to eat elsewhere Just no good this Panda Express is in La Canada , CA And we will let restaurants know when we have good experiences too If anything changes with this review we will update if and when Panda...

I’m so upset today after I opened my family feast meal boxes. I felt like they’ve literally scammed customers. I ordered two box of mushroom chicken ,angus steak and chow mien. The chow mein was ok but I felt like I ordered vegetable dishes. There were barely had beef and chicken but instead if meat there were full of zucchini and other vegetables. I wonder why they named Mushrooms chicken and angus steak. I think they should name them sautéed vegetables with tiny chicken or beef… something like that. Especially the steak was $ 5 more cuz it’s premium but it had less than 10 tiny pieces of beef. I really think that they’ve scammed the customers. If the people who related to this restaurant, you guys should not do this anymore. Once I opened and ate some I couldn’t even bring the box or complain it. I came on a busy Friday night, which is probably why my experience wasn't so great. There was about 7 people in line. I came up to the counter and was completely ignored. I had to go to the register where they directed me back to the front of the order line. Finally my order was taken buy a girl who clearly hates her job. I felt like I was annoying her just by being there. We all have days like that. The food was excellent! Hot and fresh - probably because it was so busy. They put a great amount of fresh white meat chicken crackling with sauce and flavor in with my veggies. The chow mein and rice was delicious, not at all greasy. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I got a good amount of sauce, which I appreciate. I will definitely visit this panda express again when it's...
