This coffee shop is the absolutely most unprofessional franchise / coffee shop around. They claim to have a rewards tracking system. However first you try to get access to find out that you have to use the internet instead of having a mobile friendly application to track rewards. But the nightmare doesn’t stop there. Today 07/30 I go to check my rewards on the touchpoint.io portal (thirdy party company) 7 brew company uses. Here I get lead to what? Oh yeah that’s right. Chicken Shack chicken! Perfect just what I was looking for more inconveniences and hassle trying to access my well deserved rewards from hard earned money at this coffee shop. So then what does the normal human being do to get help? Look for resources or customer service for help. But this beloved company doesn’t believe in such a thing as customer service or appreciation for its customers. So after digging deeply I found a good phone number to reach the customer service at and it rang and rang and rang now mind you it’s 2:30PM in the afternoon I’m pretty sure business hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4PM. At the end of the endless ringing I got met with such a lovely voicemail to leave my concerns for even though every time I have reached out they NEVER respond! This is truly very frustrating as a paying customer and makes your clientele feel extremely undervalued and not want to come back. I then went to the 7 Brew branch in La Crosse, WI. Where I had talked to a manager about my issue where I got told “there’s nothing they can do they are just the store / franchise. So I asked “how do I raise my concern as a paying customer” to get met with silence and no answers. Read moreSo this was my first time I went to 7 Brew and had no idea what I wanted to order. I pulled up to the window only to discover they do not have a menu posted anywhere. When I had to scan the QR code, it took me to a scratch off game where I had to enter all my information & wouldn't let me bypass to just look at the menu. At this point, cars are lining up behind me. I frantically googled the menu instead and just picked a random coffee not realizing a large coffee was going to bigger than my head. I am sure I can't be the only one with this issue of not being able to see a menu at the drive up?? When I complained to the poor girl at the window about this flawed system, she tried to gaslight me and said no one else has this problem because people just know what they want to order when they pull up to the window.
