Moldy food. This place is the worst , as an insider , I can tell you (Cody ) theGM does not care ! Adam the dm does not care ! Both have been coursed excessively on the problems , nothing has changed in a year . Ant problem , fly problem , cleaning is optional. The burger machine , hasn’t been cleaned in months. Temps are never taken , food is left for hours , (1-2 ) and still served . Condiments , rarely changed , queso , chili , gravy , I pray for you if you eat that stuff , I’ve seen it left over for over a week and reused , I’ve seen veggies literally moldy and still .. bread moldy , people , please , just stop going here . Seen meat thaw (because they loose power and the refrigerators rarely work ), but refrozen and used . Literally the worst , but rest assured, I’m in constant conversation with my local , state and federal authorities,( tasked with overseeing this, as well as osha )I would hope everyone that post does the same . And please for your own good and family as well , just stop going to this location, Cody (the GM ) has no incentive or obligation to change, Adam (the dm ) obviously doesn’t care . I pray for whoever eats here , especially kids and the elderly. Smart’n up Lacrosse , you deserve better . But if you continue to go here , after reading this , probably deserve what you get …… fyi , I had to give a star , if I could go negative I would . Not to mention the garbage’s outside constantly overflowing, obviously have some fake reviews to try to override all the bad ones, look at how many reviews the accounts are either good...
Read moreJust started going here a few weeks ago. I’m done with it. The guy who’s the manager is always rude. As soon as you pull up to the speaker he’s rude or if you go inside you get a mean look. They can’t scan the barcode that’s on the DQ app so I can get more points for orders. Emailing the company to help resolve ur issues or to get points from ur receipts gets you no where. They’ll tell you can’t get points cause you ordered from a third party. They can’t scan the apps barcode to get you points if you order in store. Summiting online you have to give all ur info including ur home address and phone number and info from the receipt which they might not of given you. It’s been constant issues and problems. After the guy being rude to me for no reason that’s the last draw. Im not going back. Not worth it to deal with these constant issues, negativity and problems. Part of the problem is this is a company that probably doesn’t treat or pay their workers what they deserve for sacrificing their time and life and I don’t get the sense DQ cares about the customers either. I’ll go elsewhere that doesn’t cause me so many problems. Like Culver’s perhaps. The workers are always happy there because they have a good environment and really good pay. Never had a bad experience there. I’m not going to continue going to a place that’s constantly blasting me with negativity and bad energy more then it does good just so I can enjoy something I know is not good for health....
Read moreThis is my first ever review ever on an eating establishment. Just ate lunch it’s Montie St. LaCrosse and felt I had to put a review on. The girl waited on us promptly but she didn’t seem thrilled with her job. When she delivered our food her black jeans were unbelievably dirty. Looked like she must have spilled a whole batch of something brown or something on the side of her jeans . Her shirt was dirty. I can’t believe she wouldn’t have went home and changed, it was not a small spot on her jeans it was huge. The Pop machine was broke do they brought sodas from where they cooked. Floors were dirty in dining area.. The hot fudge sundae was just a clump of ice cream with cold fudge smeared around the edge of the cup. Never saw anything like it. It must have been cold fudge and the only way to get it in the cup was to smear it along the edge of the cup. Bathrooms were disgusting. I don’t think the sink had been cleaned forever, had black in the sink area. Faucet looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean for a long time. Floor was very dirty. I used the bathroom before we left. I wouldn’t have ordered food at this place if I saw the bathroom first or her pants until I saw her deliver food to another table across from us. It made me sick to my stomach. We Will never go there again. I’ve never been to a Dairy Queen that wasn’t immaculately clean and workers...
