This place is absolutely ridiculous! I placed an order on the phone to have a pizza delivered to my daughter....when I called the number it directed me to a call center...which I thought was ridiculous.....I then placed a simple order. Well there delivery driver went to the wrong location to deliver pizza and we called after receiving a voicemail to direct them to the right address and the correct door of the duplex. It must have been the call center again because I then received another voicemail saying the same thing as the last and that they would be not be making any more deliveries. I then spent 40 mins on the phone with 5 different calls to the call center to contact this store. By the time I actually got the store on Mormon Coulee Rd in Lacrosse I spoke with a sad excuse of a manager named Crystal. In all my years I have never had someone so rude on the phone....I was so frustrated at this point and expressing my frustrations and I donât think she heard a thing because she was like yelling at me on the phone. I then expressed that her delivery driver went to the wrong door/location and she said the driver said she called me twice when she was there and I then told her I did not receive any calls and she goes âyes you did and you canât prove that she didnât!â I was then very honest by telling her she was the worst manager I have ever spoke with and that I wanted my order cancelled immediately and I would be going elsewhere. She didnât care one bit and hung up. I then called my daughter and explained it all and talked with her for a bit and then when I hung up I called back hoping to get the call center again and make sure my order was cancelled and to my surprise after 25 mins my order still wasnât cancelled!!! I mean really....these owners need to re-evaluate who they have managing their store. This lady is going to run their place into the gutter. She was the worst! We will not be ordering from...
   Read moreWould NOT recommend. I was treated so poorly by a delivery girl. We ordered our pizza at 5 o'clock tonight and she called when it was ready at 6. We were on the 5th floor of our dorm so when we finally got to the lobby the girl was gone. So she had the audacity to text me saying she left because we didn't get downstairs in time and she had other deliveries to do tonight which I understand. She didn't even wait 2 minute for us to get to the lobby. After 2 hours... 2 HOURS. I texted back and she said she would send our order out on a delivery after she got done with her other two. She then said she would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Guess who didn't show up. Her. And I texted her and asked to get a refund due to the fact that it took 2 + hours to actually get our pizza and she replied "lol k." TALK ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. So we texted and said "are you still coming" because it was 25 minutes after the 10 to 15 minutes mark and I asked and she replied "this is my personal phone, please stop texting me." so after all of this went down, the manager of the store called and told me to stop contacting her and she lied to him and said we refused the pizza both times to her face when I never even saw her in person and only contacted her on the phone. The lady who answered the phone said that the food would be there shortly and was on its way but had a very snotty tone throughout the entire phone callâŚ
time comes to about 8:00 and I decide to call again because I just want to check on things again, of course I was nice about it, I said âhello I called about 45 minutes ago checking on the status of my orderâŚâ then the same lady from before interrupted me and said, âWell, he just said heâs around the corner soooo,â and then hung up on me immediately.
The driver gets to the house, knocks, I answer the door, and he is a very nice young man who had said that he was the only delivery driver tonight so heâs been very busy.. I thanked him and ate my food.
The rude lady on the phone couldâve explained to me that there was only one driver so thatâs why the food was taking longer or at least something rather than being bratty and hanging up. I appreciate the the drivers tone of voice and we need more people with an attitude like him working at not only Pizza Hut, but other stores. It seems as if many others have an issue with this and I hope bosses show a bit of concern to the reviews that are...
