So I went through the drive-through this afternoon. I ordered a black and white a medium. Now when I went through to pick up my order. I got my drink it was not the correct drink that I ordered. The cop was only half full wasnât even full. I didnât drive away I did take a drink it was cold and it was not the correct drink. Now I called the store and I let the manager know. She told me she was the acting manager. She did not apologize she was rude. I then proceeded to ask for my money back she told me she could not do that. She then hung up on me. I decided this was unacceptable. So then I drove through the drive-through again to return it. Low and behold she did not come to the window to apologize. She sent another employee to talk to me. When I was at the window she never asked me if I wanted my money back she never gave me no coupons she didnât apologize again. I asked for the corporate phone number she walked away. I feel sheâs a very bad manager I feel when I came through the window the second time she shouldâve came over to me and apologized she should go out of her way...
   Read moreI recently stopped by Moka, and I have to say, itâs quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The coffee is consistently greatâsmooth, rich, and brewed just right. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for working or catching up with a friend.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Thereâs one barista in particular, Ryan, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She has such a warm and welcoming energyâitâs clear she loves what she does and genuinely cares about the customers. Itâs rare to see someone who can brighten your day with just a smile and a perfectly made latte.

I assume it is because the gals/guys that work there take up to 4 vehicle orders at one time (without writing anything down). The reason for my review is because of one particular instance with a gal taking my order before I even got a chance to browse the board, and I was also behind several cars. She said âI can give you a synopsis of the board because itâs not that difficultâ...she was rude, and I felt her choice of words were not appropriate for this situation, and honestly, she should have just let me take a few seconds to look over the options when I had gotten up...
