I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding incidents of racial discrimination and physical threats towards one of our hardworking employees. During our recent visit to the premises, we were deeply disturbed by the inappropriate remarks and aggressive behavior displayed by both customers and some staff members.

It was disheartening to witness customers and a few staff members getting extremely close to the targeted employee and even swinging at him while he was diligently performing his duties of serving food. Moreover, we strongly suspect that someone may have intentionally stabbed or poked him with an object. These acts of physical aggression are unacceptable and pose a grave danger to his safety.

In addition to the alarming behavior from customers and staff, we were equally appalled by the dialogue from one of the head store managers. The inappropriate remarks made by the manager caused extreme distress to the hardworking employee, to the point where he cried multiple times. Of particular concern was a statement made by the manager, uttering the phrase "Aim at Traxz" in a random and seemingly fictionist manner. This raises serious red flags and necessitates immediate attention.

We urge you to carefully monitor the premises, especially through the use of security cameras, to gather evidence of these incidents. The mental health of the black targeted employee is severely affected by the ongoing racist treatment and it is imperative that we take immediate action to ensure his safety and wellbeing, as his life may be in danger.

During our visit, we witnessed several customers collectively threatening the employee while casting glances towards him and approaching him from behind as he went about his work. These disturbing actions not only cast a negative light on the company's reputation but also create an uncomfortable environment for all involved.

Please address this matter urgently and take appropriate disciplinary measures against the individuals involved. Compensation for the targeted black hard worker. It is crucial that we demonstrate our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where all employees are treated with equal respect and dignity.

We implore you to prioritize the safety and well-being of our hardworking employee and take immediate steps to rectify this situation. We will closely monitor the progress made in resolving this matter and expect a prompt response outlining the actions taken.

When certain people are there it's excellent service couldn't be better but today was not one of those days.. somehow the same order was 2 dollars more but the prices listed haven't changed and the way I recieved my order was not great there was less salad less croutons less of what I paid for in general which really sucks when I was charged more than usual for less of the same thing I always get.. when I said something about it I was told that's how it always is.. so now I'm not going unless the friendly people are working bc i don't appreciate being charged extra and basically being told "eh we don't care and have no interest in making it better when ur clearly not happy with order.." mind u my complaints were easily fixable and i wasnt even asking about the price increase.. I then left quietly and that was that I wasn't going to be a Karen and make a scene but the right person would have.. not cool...
