Jules Coffee House is a delightful haven for anyone seeking a warm, inviting atmosphere and exceptional coffee. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly brewed beans and the gentle hum of conversation create a comforting ambiance. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a smile and a recommendation. The coffee itself is truly outstanding. Whether you prefer a classic latte, a bold espresso, or a unique specialty drink, Jules has you covered. Their commitment to quality is evident in every cup, using carefully sourced beans and expert brewing techniques. The pastries and light bites available are equally delicious, complementing the coffee perfectly. Beyond the excellent offerings, Jules fosters a sense of community. It's a place where you can relax, work, or catch up with friends, feeling completely at ease. The cozy seating, tasteful décor, and soft lighting contribute to a truly enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a top-notch coffee shop with a welcoming vibe, Jules Coffee House is an absolute must-visit.

Love that it's connected to a bookstore, first thing. The old-fashioned booths are so cute. I got an iced coffee flight, which is such a cool idea. I got an iced mocha, and iced lavender mocha, cold brew with sweet foam, and barista's choice (vanilla cinnamon). I only really liked the iced mocha, but I tried. My friend and I both got the Grandad's Bluff savory crepe, and we both asked for it without brussels sprouts. Hers came first, and they didn't say anything. Then they turned to me and said that the brussels sprouts were pre-mixed in with the micro greens and did I want something else like green onions and micro greens? So my friend had the brussels sprouts on hers but somehow I didn't. She didn't end up sending it back, but it was kind of weird. The crepe wasn't great - should have gone with berry one, which was my gut instinct. Super friendly servers, though!

When I visit La Crosse, I am never disappointed with their coffee. The coffee has always been presented to me with the same consistency in flavor and customer service. I will order a caramel mocha coffee from larger chain coffee shops, but depending on time, location, or barista, the coffee will always taste a little different. Jules is easy to get to, I've been there at varying times of the day, and never had the same barista twice, but the coffee is always consistent. It's a great place to sit down and work, or I'll just stop by for a quick coffee takeout. I highly recommend Jules, whether you're a local, driving through town and need quality coffee, or you want to try to new coffee place.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at Jules this morning that I would like to share. My friend, who is in town for a fishing trip, called me and told me he was at Cabin coffee company(right across the street from Jules). I said let’s go to Jules as the coffee is better. He had already purchased a small coffee at cabin coffee company but would head over to meet me at Jules. As we sat down, a woman came up to our table and let us know that she was the owner. She told my friend that he wasn’t allowed to bring outside food into her establishment, leaving him with the option of either disposing of the beverage or leaving. He chose to walk outside in the pouring rain and dump his coffee out. I purchased him a new coffee. Her reaction seemed quite petty and left me in an embarrassing situation. I can understand not wanting to customers to bring outside food and eating a meal but to disallow a 2.50$ small coffee from a competitor seems rather trite. My suspicion is that if my friend would have been wearing a suite and not dressed for a day of fishing, she wouldn’t have...

They have FOUR outlets to plug in your computer or phone. If it is a day in which school is in session or students have homework (Everyday that ends in "Y"), That is a Huge problem. I am too smart not to think of this from an owner's standpoint' Good! Then everyone will leave as soon as their batteries die, and I can turn the tables quickly! 'Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way, and people will Always go elsewhere to get their needs met, rather than watch 4 people be happy. Last time I was there, someone left the coffee shop for at least an hour(but left their computer there, and plugged in) when I told the girl behind the counter... That "there is no place to sit, and they left over an hour ago. "She said "Well tough, we are Not going to move a person's things. "Attitude And no place to sit.. Yeah! The place Doesn't roast its own coffee, so basically you hope for a pleasant counter person, you get high-speed Internet, and I like the fact that it is next to a used bookstore. *Has Potential... Needs...
