Read moreOutstanding! Can pizza be elevated without being pretentious? Absolutely! The sourdough crust is phenomenal - ideal thickness, great flavor, and incredible chew. The toppings were obviously of the best quality. I had a chance to chat with co-owner/chef Spencer and asked him how they did it. He said they'd experimented with different flours until they got it just right. He also told us that they source many key ingredients from Italy (I think he said one of the olive oils comes from Spain?), and they use only Wisconsin cheeses.
This was our first visit, but we were with our granddaughter who is a frequent patron with her parents. She couldn't remember what she usually ordered... but Spencer did ♥
You can order by the slice or get a whole pizza. The price is very reasonable - especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Ordering takes place at the counter and if you're dining in, you select your table and the staff will bring the food out to you.
