I always try to spend my money locally. I've had several good and bad interactions at this store. But now I've had two pretty bad experiences here. The first big one was I wanted a safe they had, Can't sell me the one they have, its damaged. Clinton shows one, but I get told by the Employee that they would just order one in. It would be in the following week. No big deal. I go in the following week and get told by someone else. They never know what will be on the truck each week. I asked about checking the warehouse or seeing when they may get one in. I quote this from the Employee: "It will just come in, when it gets there" I still gave them a chance and bought a different safe. Today was number two and really frustrating. I go in to get a few small things on lunch, one of which was a tube for a wheelbarrow, the size I needed was empty on the shelf, so I checked the number online and the website for that location. It showed 8 in stock. I take the number to the register and ask the woman if she could check the number. She asked if there was any on the shelf, I said no, but online it says you have 8 in stock and she kind of pops off with: "Just because it says that, it doesn't me we do" I said, I know, thats why I brought the number up so you could check inventory. She pops off again and says: "If its not on the shelf, we don't have them." I said ok, thanks. Sorry to bother you. Put all the rest of my stuff back and walked out. I had the pleasure of asking this very question to a TSC employee and the look I received was dumbfounded, and was told, âI don't know if we actually carry that itemâ. They didn't check the system, they just left me at that.
This is not good customer service, and a quick way to lose future customers...
