Pizza Hut — Restaurant in La Grange

Just skip this pizza hut and drive to springhurst if you must have pizza hut. We went to this pizza hut a couple weeks ago and got home with our pizza, and it was extremely burnt. Pretty much inedible and definitely not enjoyable. We came back last night and the pizza was burnt to a crisp again. When my husband told the worker, he said he knew it was burnt and should've turned the oven down. So they are knowingly giving their customers burnt pizzas instead of remaking them. We got the donut bites as well and opened it and it looks like dog poop or weird ground beef. My husband took that back in, and they said "oh yeah, we aren't supposed to shake them up because they fall apart, but someone did anyway." This is just wild to me that they are knowingly doing everything wrong and just don't care. They also won't give you any extra sauces you pay for, so we are out a couple bucks on those too. The worst customer service I have ever received! Second time ordering here after the first experience was either burnt or undercooked. Wanted to give it another shot because I understand its new. This time around I ordered the baked pasta that comes with 5 breadstixs and a side of marinara sauce. The store did not send breadstixs out with the delivery driver so I called and was very nice and they said they could give me a credit or it would be 30-45 min to make them. I said I'd like the breadstixs but was upset it would take that long since the whole reason I ordered that was specifically for the breadstixs. Don’t ever order from here she are slow there staff is rude they won’t help you. If you order online it is delivered by Grubhub. They’re super slow. I ordered at 4 PM and it showed a delivery time of 435. I didn’t receive my order until almost 530. I called them to cancel the order and they told me it was too late that the GrubHub deliverer Had already picked up the pizza however, on the app it showed that he was still at the location and when I called Pizza Hut They told me that they couldn’t do anything on their end that I had to call Grubhub when I called Grubhub. They told me that I had to call Pizza Hut so ultimately, I couldn’t get a refund or cancel my order because both of them lie my pizza was cold and it took an hour and a half to get one...
