I had my mind set on a Carl's Jr. Breakfast Burger and walked up to the counter just as a gentleman was walking away with his tray of food and behind the counter were two co-workers chatting with each other. Then a third employee walked in and both behind-the-counter workers shifted all of their attention on her and they all began discussing their work schedules. I said, "I'm ready to order." and the three of them continued on with their conversation. I then said, to anyone who would listen, "I'd like a Breakfast Burger and a cup of water" loud enough for everyone to hear me and all three of them continued their work schedule talk. I said, "Hello?" and one of the three ladies said, NOT TO ME, but to her co-worker, "Breakfast Burger and a cup of water." The girl behind the counter gave me my total and because the card reader was facing the person behind the register and not the customers, I attempted to give her my card and she pointed to the card reader while continuing her discussion with her two co-workers. At that point I said, "That's okay" and walked out happy about not giving my money to such a poorly run store with ZERO customer service. Read moreI JUST drove through and OMG! My daughter ordered a chicken stsr kids meal. We drive up and its a bald Hispanic guy with tattoos. Im only saying that because I couldnt read his name tag. He hands my daughter a bag with 6 chicken stars. She said I asked for a chicken stars kuds meal. Not rude or anything. He said no you didnt she said yes I did he tells her no you didnt. She said ok well can I please have the kids meal? He says what drink do you want? She said a water. So he brings her a water. She says I still need the french fries he said ok, but just so u know you did not ask gor a kids meal. She said ok, well can I please just hsve the french fries? I spoke up to him and said are you really wanting to argue? I need to express my frustration here. First of all even if she DIDNT say a kids meal you dont come back at a customer that way!! I have been in customer service 25 years and that was very unprofessional! I really hope someone actually reads this and gives him some training in customer service. I'm giving a one-star because i was waiting for the lady to complete the drive through order and after she specified the two hamburgers on sale price the manager quickly told employee not to apply promotion unless customers ASK for promotion. This promotion is advertised on the windows. Im not understanding why they would need to ask. I then asked for the sale price drink because they have it at many location .the lady said they do not have that promo for drinks which is fine but what bothered me so much is that she walked away not letting me complete an order as if we where done.
