Every time I come here they ha e a bad attitude. Manager is rude. Today I came in and asked if I could order the Dodgers plate. Manager told me I needed to order online. I stepped outside and used my app to order. I didn't see promotion. I went back inside to ask what I need, she gave me the code. I submitted my order and it said I had to wait 25 mins to pick it up. There was NO ONE in line I asked the same manager if I have to wait that long I wasn't told it'd be that long. She said there is more online orders and I would ha e to wait for my turn. She asked for my name and acted as though she was going to help me and walked away. Leaving me standing there. No one was preparing any orders the whole time I was there. More people came in one by one. No line . In and out quickly. Not once did they think to make my order so I can be on my way. I order one plate. Nothing else. I am still standing here 15 mins later, waiting watching NO ONE prepare an online order. Manager Stephani is sitting in the side room. Not a care I. The world for her customer. This has always been her bad attitude. This is why I was reluctant to come back. Gave it a try and it wasn't a surprise. 20 mins now and a guy worker asked what name my order was under. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely horrible experience. I'll just say that I have been going here for years never had an issue. But all of a sudden when I speak highly of panda express this happens. I place a pick up order and arrive after the scheduled time for pick up only to be met by side ways glances. They had not even started the food that I ordered online. After an employee notified me about this I thought they would make the food; but they didn't. They kept on serving people in line until I was the only one in the store that hadn't been served. Essentially putting me at the end of the line. What horrible service! I already was delayed!!! Why delay me further??? Then they skimped on one of the entrees and instead of complaining I just asked for an additional entree of that meat. The employee told me to get back into line! Behind another costumer that came behind me!! What the heck?!?? Just serve me my entree please? After he took his sweet time he decided to again skimp the additional entree in the separate box! He didn't fill the extra box! I asked if he could at least fill the box and he shook his head! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Read moreI’m not one to ever leave reviews, especially for service workers because I understand the struggle. But I had the most unpleasant and unwelcoming experience today around 7PM. The employee serving entrees named Desiree was portioning those out, and had asked me “anything else,” which I assumed she was asking if I wanted to add anymore to my plate. I let her know that I was just waiting on the fresh batch of vegetables to come out, to which she raised her tone and said in a condescending voice “yeah I got that, but I asked DID YOU WANT ANYTHING ELSE?” Followed by an unfriendly stare on her face as if I was the dumbest person ever. It caught me so off guard I had to just stand and stare at her for a few seconds because I couldn’t believe she was actually talking to me like that when I hadn’t done or said anything to warrant that kind of reaction. I wasn’t being rude & I wasn’t being difficult or impolite either. I’m a service worker myself so I get how customers can be, but there was no need for her to speak to me in that way. What I’m assuming was the manager overheard and even had to watch over this interaction because it was literally so uncalled for?? I thought she’d at least say something to her, but nothing happened.
