Crumbl cookies are by far the best in they area. The one star is not for the cookies, but for the management. It makes sense that there is a line out the door on a Saturday. I don't have a problem waiting for a good product but when you order four cookies and end up waiting over an hour there's a problem. A half hour went by before anyone came out and asked if we were waiting for an order. I gave her my name and she went inside to check. She came out to say it would take another half hour before I would get my order. My response was "WHY?". She was not prepared for that question. She stammered a little, the word "chaos" was used. A manager should have came out and addressed the delay with not only me but other patrons as well. That never happened. A family that ordered after us was given their cookies before us. That was enough, my wife entered the shop and asked on the status of our order and was told we were second in line to receive our cookies.......WHAT????????? Like I said earlier after an hour had gone by we finally got our cookies. The first thing I did was check the temperature of the cookies. Cold....all four were cold. That only told me that the cookies were there to be prepared for orders well before they completed mine. Better organization on how to send out the orders is definitely needed. That's what a manager is for.....maybe they didn't have one last night and it was the patients running the asylum.
