Crumbl cookies are by far the best in they area. The one star is not for the cookies, but for the management. It makes sense that there is a line out the door on a Saturday. I don't have a problem waiting for a good product but when you order four cookies and end up waiting over an hour there's a problem. A half hour went by before anyone came out and asked if we were waiting for an order. I gave her my name and she went inside to check. She came out to say it would take another half hour before I would get my order. My response was "WHY?". She was not prepared for that question. She stammered a little, the word "chaos" was used. A manager should have came out and addressed the delay with not only me but other patrons as well. That never happened. A family that ordered after us was given their cookies before us. That was enough, my wife entered the shop and asked on the status of our order and was told we were second in line to receive our cookies.......WHAT????????? Like I said earlier after an hour had gone by we finally got our cookies. The first thing I did was check the temperature of the cookies. Cold....all four were cold. That only told me that the cookies were there to be prepared for orders well before they completed mine. Better organization on how to send out the orders is definitely needed. That's what a manager is for.....maybe they didn't have one last night and it was the patients...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not sure what to make of this simple cookie bakery. They menu is simply six cookies (which I am told four of the cookies are rotated out with other types depending on the season or day). I found it was easy to make a selection of the cookies I wanted because they have the six models they sell right on the counter. I believe the cookies are made fresh and thus you have to wait to pick up your order.
For kids this might be a neat experience because they can see the cookies being made as you wait in line.
The cookies are rather large and very rich. It's not like a typical cookie which you can hold and eat because the cookie can crumble due to is weight. They don't provide forks. Each cookie comes either cold or warm depending on the type. The presentation of cookies comes in a nice fancy box.
What is surprising is the cost of the cookies. At about $4 and change they are the most expensive cookies I have ever bought! I bought the four pack for about $15 and change. Not even the cost of the cookies seems to chase away customers as I noticed a line out the door to buy.
Limited outside seating is available. Near by to a coffee shop if you feel you need a larger selection of beverages.
Overall, good taste yet very expensive leading me to decide it's not worth the value...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really tried to love this place. Their cookies are great but customer service is horrible. I placed an order on their app and recieved the wrong order. Simple mistake, instead of getting 2 chocolate cake cookies in my 6 pack of cookies, I got 2 chocolate chip. When I called to try and get it corrected, they told me to call door dash so they can resolve it since the driver picked up the wrong order. Apparently drivers are free to pick up any order on the counter. And its funny how the rest of the order was right except those 2 cookies. So I called door dash, and customer service got on the phone and called Crumbl cookie while I was on hold and told me the manager was going to figure it out and call me back. I waited all day, no phone call, called again only for the employee to tell me their manager was looking into the issue and would call me back... its the next evening and still no call back from this manager. He never even bothered to get on the phone with me and tell me what was going on. Door dash demonstrated excellence customer service by reaching to Crumbl for me and trying to get it resolved. The manager for Crumbl obviously does not care about its customers and displayed poor customer service by refraining from customer issues. Very poor leadership at...
