J's Pizza — Restaurant in La Habra

I went online and found their “website” i placed my order online. First they were about 5 minutes late with their delivery (no biggie) but then they forgot my ribs. I had an email where it states I ordered the ribs, 3 pizza special w/soda and 24 piece wings. I didn’t receive the wings and one of my pizzas was supposed to be ham and pineapple. We only got ham. I called the store and the man there said when they got the order they never got my rib order. I said then why would it be $69 something for 3 pizzas a soda and wings? We went around in circles with him pointing blame on the “website “ so i said keep the wings, first and last time I order from this place. Save yourself the trouble. I’ll just go back to ordering...

Literally love this place. It’s under new management after being formerly known as Pizza Man. I loved pizza man but they definitely had their own issues with quality. The new owner is awesome and my pizzas have been coming out better and better. We eat here like a few times a week and I’ve had zero problems with my orders and everything has been correct. No soggy bottoms. No wrong toppings. Pizzas look and taste great. Don’t pay attention to the old reviews. This place...

I called and asked for delivery and told them my address. They spent twenty minutes on the phone trying to figure out where I was, but the other time I called it had only taken 5 minutes. Then they asked for my cell phone number which I didn't know by heart so I told them I would call them back. I called them twice and said "Hi, I'm calling from earlier" and they had the nerve to hang up on me. Overall, great pizza but terrible...
