Honestly, this park is sketchy. I've passed by this park many times growing up, but I finally stopped to take my two boys, and I wouldn't ever again; especially if I was a female alone. There are people who seem homeless lying around the park with random bags before them; not like they are having a picnic alone. The parking lot is filled with random people who don't even enter the park. There were a few families at the jungle gym, but even they seemed weird. There was an older Asian lady with her younger son and what seemed to be the younger sons kid, but they were taking pictures of my kids and the other kids playing; foregoing taking pictures of their own baby. To top it off, while walking back to my car, there was a weird guy looking into my vehicle. He saw me coming, as I began to hit the lock button many times on my cars remote, and ran back to his car. He sat in his car as I loaded my two babies and watched us. Once all loaded jnto the car, he then started his vehicle and drove to the other side of the parking lot, next to the tacobell, and just stood at the door, never entering. I took two pictures as i left and called the cops, but as I circled back, he was obviously gone. He was up to no good, and I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. I went to the high school across the street, and I know, for a fact, that one goth kid was stabbed over his iPod shuffle here when they first came out.

This park has nice softball fields. The outfield was a little thick, but it could just have been due from a visit from the mower. They have a snack bar (I didn't go) there that was open and the bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but at least they had toilet seats. It was nice that there was a fruit lady out there early and a man selling corn came out a bit later. I heard some people complaining about not enough parking, but we had a 1st game of the morning, so for us it wasn't an issue. I suggest trying to park off Whittier otherwise I hear you have to walk up a big hill from the lot.

It's an okay park, this is where the la habra girls softball home field is located at. Also it's somewhat attached to the Boy's & Girl's club of la habra. Lastly there is a skate park here as we'll as basketball courts. P.S, Watch out for all the little pot smokers from the high school, and skate park that light up there.

The park in general is very nice. Big and well maintained. The skatepark is sad. Just good enough to make you think there's something to it and make you want to stay and find it. It's a trap! It's a descent place for beginners or learning new tricks, but it's so mellow and the coping so soft, you may develop bad habits that will get you hurt anyplace else. The skatepark is also poorly engineered in that the planters drain into the bowl (saucer) and flow area. Also the ash trees constantly rain sticks, flowers and leaves onto the concrete. The local non-skating, smoking, loud mouthed, drug addled twits who inhabit the periphery can be both amusing and annoying. ATTENTION CITY OF LAHABRA PARKS DEPT. ADD A RETAINING WALL ON THE NORTHERN EDGE, CUT DOWN THE ASH TREES AND PUT IN A MID OR LARGE BOWL AND REAL SKATERS WILL COME HERE AND THE...

Actually, for the 4th of July this park is great. But my wife has gone with my daughter while I was at work, and both times she had a scary experience.

On a Monday, she was getting approached by a man who was holding a black metal rod. He said hi to her and began getting closer, but a walker passed by and the odd man backed off and hid behind a tree. My wife and my kid left ASAP while the walker was still present.

Another time they went and my family were getting stared down my another man with a hood.

This is a good park but I only wrote a bad review to raise awareness for the females that go alone and take their kids to the park. If anything there should be more police there.

Just be really aware and cautious and carry...
