The pizza and cookie were both over cooked. I called to complain and they initially didn't answer. I filled out the online survey thinking it would go to the store and apparently it does not. I spoke with a Hugo who was the shift leader the following night and he stated there is nothing he could do about it and that they do not get the surveys for about a week and basically I should have already known that. He said he would have the store manager call me the next morning to discuss it which did not happen. I called again the following evening and spoke with Yolanda who again was the shift leader but not the store manager. She stated that they can leave messages for store managers but there is no guarantee that us customers will get a call back at all seeing as how busy they are and that it is up to the customers to keep following up and hoping to catch a store manager while they are in the store. I asked for the next time the store manager would be working and she said she could not give that information out. Yes that is really smart, give us the responsibility to call them back repeatedly but don't give us any time frame when they will actually be there. Who trains these people. She also said I should take it up with Hugo the other shift leader who gave me incorrect information. What a joke. How about you have some people run this store that know how to treat and take care of a customer. I am not looking for anything for free from these people I would just like to be heard at this point. I am not asking for them to replace my whole $15 order as it could hurt their deep pockets I would just like an explanation of why they treat their customers like this. I will never order or eat at this restaurant again nor would I suggest that anyone else should. Great customer service pizza hut. How about the store manager actually return some calls and work a few more hours in the actual store. But most of all please train these so called shift leaders not to mention don't over cook your own specialty items. How hard is it to not...
Read moreI used to order from this place often. Last time I ordered from here, the driver got lost and called me 3 times with an attitude. When I finally got my food, he dropped it and was in a rush to leave. I opened my pizza, and all the toppings were on the top of the box.
I decided to wait awhile before ordering from here again. Today my son decided he wanted pizza and pasta. We all know when your 4 year old wants something, he gets it.
Well I checked online for specials. I saw the $5 menu. Sounds like a great deal. So I call and order a medium pepperoni pizza. The guy tells me that's not part of the $5 menu, even though it was online. But he does say, I can get it for you for $7.99, still sounds reasonable. So I ordered bone out hot wings, supposedly $5. I ordered chicken pasta, supposedly $5. And a 2 liter of Pepsi. Ok sir, your order will be $37 and change. I know common core math is taking over, but I highly doubt that even with common core, this adds up to $37 and change. So I ask for a manager. Her answer was, that $5 dollar menu is nationally, but here in California it is more. I'm I the only one that thinks this is a bunch of bs? I only gave them a 1, so that it shows that I am...
Read moreI have ordered from here 3 times. The first time everything was great, although I feel it was overpriced. I ordered again because the quality of the food was good before, but this time I opted for no contact delivery and I there was no notification of delivery or knock on the door. After 45 minutes had passed I opened the door and the delivery had been left. The pizza was entirely cold and didn't taste great. Disappointing, but I was still willing to give them another try. The third time, I also did not receive any notification or know, it took longer than estimated, the pizza was cold and they were missing the soda I had ordered and paid for. For the price you pay, it feels like a complete ripoff. I felt like I just threw my money away. Not ordering...
