A few days ago, I have seen some promotion on buy 2 foot long for $5 each. It said I have to make the order to see whether the this store will participate the promotion. I have ordered 3 sandwiches with app using my cell phone. At the end this store did not participate so I did not click the final submit button. But I thought it was so close to me so I said why not so I came to my PC and ordered again to ordered the same 3 sandwiches. I submitted and get the response. I even called to make sure I can pick it up 5 minutes early. Young lady was so kind and she told me no problem come over. When I got there, there was two identical orders for me. Both of them had my name and ordering time was about 20 minutes a part. I figure something went wrong. There were three workers, I think a couple was husband and wife, and a young lady. The couple must be the owner. When I told them, I only ordered one order, he said no you ordered two. I told him that would be very odd that some one will order the same order twice for exact same. I ask him to check. He said I did. I look at my phone and I do not see I did submitted the first one. I told him "No I did not order the first one all the way". He said I have to pay for both. I told him I can not eat all of them and I did not order two identical one for 20 minutes a part...
After a minute of argument, he told me he will call the police. There were 3 customers ordering and a couple dining. I felt so humiliated and upset. I told him "why you calling the police" I am just tell you that I did not order two identical orders. He told me he will call the police and he went to back and trying to dial... It was unbelievable... Calling police for what???? Trying to save $16...
I was mad and upset and I shouted him " Okay call the police. Go ahead". Then the lady seems the owners wife said "Okay just take the one". She hand me the back and a paper to sign.
I thought the lady made the decision and let it go. I was upset but want to get out there asap. So I signed and went home.
Later I found that they still charge twice and I asked for Paypal to remove one of them. But the seller refused to refund the order that they said okay will give credit back.....
$16 maybe $17... it must be so much money. I am going to let my $$ but I felt so bad that the way I was treated and cheated. I hope $16 or $17 would help this poor owner.

At least the Sandwiches taste good. I guess now I have to drive 1/2 mile more to other Subway. I never knew $16 or $17 was a lot of money.

Then ask what bread I tell her the Italian herbs and cheese she then points at each bread and I have to direct her to which bread I was talking about. Then she makes the sandwich like itās her first day and doesnāt even know how to close the sandwich up and roll it up in the paper. The thing that upset me the most isnāt that she clearly didnāt know what she was doing but itās subway and whoever is managing that place is terrible. Why would you leave a new hire or someone who clearly struggles by themselves. She was the only one in there she needed help. If I could tell immediately that she was new or didnāt help so should the manager or whoever is creating...
