McDonald's — Restaurant in La Joya

They have the worst service over head-set I had to say hello 3 times before I got a "how can I help you" then I place my Order and then ask for a ice cream cone and they said "oh the machine is broken" I said "still broken after 4 days of not working already" they said " it was working but breaks down around 12am every night we don't know why." like really just say you don't want to sell ice creams passed 12am then or u are cleaning the machine everyday at this time.

Waited half an hour at their 10oclock rush. Was nice how cars cut the line. During ordering they made my meal a combo without me asking for fries or asking to combo. Told her it’s not a combo. Requested fresh chicken nuggets and fries when I ordered, when I paid for my food I asked fresh? Girl said yes! I checked order in front of employee and the nuggets were cold they were not even warm. She instructed me to drive to stall #2 , and wait for fresh order. We waited 15 minutes they came out with order. I checked the chicken nuggets and again COLD chicken nuggets.
