Starbucks — Restaurant in La Mesa

"just top it off please" I said. The cup one third full of my soy milk café au lait (corp: "mysto") the clerk pulled back in horror, "I can't touch that cup" he said. "Oh" I said, "you have to give me a new cup" "yes" he said. I said "its not that way at the other stores" He said "actually its state law and it makes sense, really" (he is suddenly knowledgeable with the CA heath and safety Code, as made up my him. I have had refills at hundreds of Starbucks and Macdonalds and this happened once in New Mexico and now at this store. My third cup of soy "mysto" was thrown away. His buddy helped him out when the bin was empty and I asked for brown sugar. He went for some and his buddy said "she meant RAW sugar" (condescendingly) (I am an idiot who calls raw sugar brown sugar.) None of the workers in food wear hair nets and as I stood in that New Mexico Macdonalds which was "making sense" by giving me a new cup for my refil a man held out is hamburger with a large hair laying on the center. This would be a 5 star review but I have one big complaint. If you visit this location around 6 o'clock beware. They allow their delivery truck to take up half the parking lot and create a dangerous situation when trying to leave the facility. In addition, the truck blocks cars preventing people from leaving then their driver is rude when you want to leave. Once the truck not only was blocking people in but also prevented cars from entering the drive thru. It was within inches of scraping my car. The manager came out to try to fix the situation and to apologize to us. He said they weren't supposed to pull into the parking lot and yet it continues. I avoid this location during that time. Horrible customer service!! My sister and I go get coffee every weekend around 6:20am after our 6mile run at lake Murray. The barista with long dark hair , has noooo!! customer service training. Most rude worker we’ve ever encountered at this location. Argues like she wants to fight! Ignores us when asked for straws. This is every morning we walk I. The door. It’s happened at least 3 times won’t be returning any more. When called to ask for her name, whoever answered acted like no one worked there with the description I gave her. Said her name was Izzy!
