Casa De La Mesa Apartments — Local services in La Mesa

I am moving to San Diego from Santa Barbara next month. I was looking for an apartment in La Mesa, and found my way to Casa de la Mesa. I had an appointment with Katrina, the manager, at 10 am. I met her outside and before I even sat down with her in her office, I felt welcome. From the beginning, she was beyond friendly and helpful. She seems to love her job, and love being an ally to her renters. We talked for awhile, and she showed me the apartment. I loved it! At that point, I knew I wanted that apartment, and to have a chance to be a part of the Casa de la Mesa community. So, of course, I was worried about my chances to secure it. Katrina spent several hours trying to do everything she could to make it happen for me. She got me locked in as an applicant--the apartments there seem to be in great demand, and the few that were available were going fast. Before I left, I had signed a lease! I could not believe my good fortune! That happened because of Katrina's amazing dedication and commitment. Her kind, bubbly, generous attitude made me feel wonderful! I could not have had a better experience. I am extremely grateful for her efforts on my behalf. I left in a happy daze, and am so looking forward...

I think it’s a bad idea having all the smells from our bathroom, our neighbors adjacent to us, across, and next to us coming to our front doors because of where the property has situated bathroom fan exhaust exit points. There is a photo I took showing how close it is to all our front doors. Is it really a good idea with so many chemicals in bathrooms, waste, moisture, etc all coming where we enter and exit our apartments?

Hopefully they fix this because there is probably a lot of bad air coming through there and we can’t even see what’s happening! With all the COVID-19 precautions I think this would be a good one to tackle.
