We were at Helix High School for a Waterpolo Tournament and ran over to grab sandwiches between games. The first thing I noticed was this subway had a metal cover up over the meat section, which meant I couldn't watch them put the meat on my sandwiches. I should have been suspicious. When we got back to the school to eat and feed our player we discovered the sandwiches only had half the amount of meat that normally comes on these sandwiches. I had the same sandwich earlier this week from a different location and the meat to bread ratio was significantly different from the one this Subway. The bread also was dry and seemed old, which made eating this sandwich even more of a miserable experience. I understand the need to cut costs for a business, but cutting the meat in half should not be the way. Just avoid this location and go somewhere where they aren’t giving you a substandard sandwich...
Read moreI wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I ordered double meat, double cheese. As you can see from the pictures, I did not get either of those things! I asked for extra lettuce and pickles when he was making it, to which he told me 'we are limited on how much veggies we can give'. Which is total Bull. I only got two veggies, and it's lettuce and pickles so I like more veggies to compensate for the bread and meat. Awful experience and my food was just as bad. Also the AC was not on or not working, so it was extremely hot. I've never had this experience with any Subway, which I go to multiple times a month for 15+ years in multiple states across the country.
While writing this review I am sitting at the table, and the man making other people's orders is arguing with a female customer who is also not happy with this guys behavior or the way he...
Read moreThe owners here must tell the workers to put almost no vegetables or meat in the sandwiches. Do not order for pickup or you will have almost nothing inside your sandwich. Having worked at a Subway in my younger years, this is definitely not how sandwiches should be made. Corporate would not be happy with the product given. Below are my pictures of a sandwich with extra (More) lettuce. You know it's a bad subway sandwich when it can completely close bread to bread. All three sandwiches I ordered had nearly no vegetables at all. Literally, 4, 1" pieces of green pepper on footlong and a few shreds of lettuce. Attached is a picture of the meat from a 6-in roast beef. It was only 1.3 ounces, total from the footlong was 2.9 oz. It...
