I've been coming here for the past 3 years here and there and today honestly made me decide not to eat here anymore. There customer service has dwindled as if your not a regular or family they give you the bare minimum and want you out of the restaurant. There food handling license is now questionable. Today I ordered 2 mix breakfast burritos with extra sauce, dealt with a rude cashier who slammed the plexi-glass to get my attention and then didn't give me extra sauce when I asked for some and when I went home to eat turns out the sauce went bad and I got a mouthful of rancid sauce in my burritos which didn't settle well. I didn't even bother going back because it wasn't worth it my meal was spoiled and I didn't feel hungry. The Food is good when made properly but there are things that they let slip hoping people won't notice but expired Sauce man that is disgusting and it only horrifies me what else they have on there shelves or fridges collecting dust and expiring. So you drive up to their menu order board and find out that their intercom system stinks, ok after a lot of repeating I finally arrive at the window and repeat the order again a six pack of cheeseburgers . We wait 15 minutes arrive home and find out there is no cheese in our cheese burgers which is upsetting. I return immediately with my order and explain to the person at the window the problem, instead of apologizing and replacing or offering to correct my order she decides to argue about who was right or who was wrong. I then tell her to please look up my receipt it was not even 10 minutes , she could not find my receipt and she did not give me one either long story short they did nothing but argue, I thanked them for my now soggy burgers ant told them to expect this nice review. Management must teach this crew that you do not argue with a paying customer that you must supply a customer with their receipt Incase of a issue with order , they lost a good paying customer over cheese on a burger which...
