Wendy's — Restaurant in La Mirada

hi, I came here like Sunday last Sunday. I don’t know but I asked for a chicken burger and they said they didn’t have a chicken burger and I looked on the menu and there’s there’s obviously a chicken burger on the menu so I’m over here like what’s on the menu so why do you guys have the menu if there’s no chicken burger so you guys should take it off . he stared at me with a dead face she said we well, I’m not to listen to you. You’re just a customer like what . Then I got the manager out and then that I didn’t do anything so I just asked for a cheeseburger and The cheeseburger didn’t have cheese and then the bread was hard so this is just so disappointing and my kids love there and then I love it there so this is really sad and now we have to go to a different one because you’re so disrespectful. Your service is disrespectful. That person is disrespectful. I don’t remember her name, but she needs to get fired immediately...

Food was good as expected, but customer service has been bad 2 times now. The person did not understand English but was handing out the food at the drive thru. Basically tried to hand bag over without any words. No... Hello, here you go, here's your order, thanks for coming. Nothing at all. Just hand the bag over without any interaction, confirmation, or would you like any ketchup, or here's what you ordered. When receiving food and simply asked for a sauce (since not asked if I wanted any), just to wait for a second person a few minutes later to ask what did I ask for). Both times I was asked to pay for food that was already paid for with mobile orders. Both times same 2 employees. They take a lot longer than other Wendy's locations and they aren't even busy. I ordered the 2 for $3 breakfast, and luckily I order it dine-in! So I add condiments to my sandwich and take a bite and it's good! I reach down to grab a potato and they are not even warm! They are the temperature of the napkin I used to wipe my mouth after the sandwich bite! Now in my younger years, I worked at a Carl's Jr! And I can honestly say if I ever thought the fries were NOT hot, I never served them! And one time a customer brought back cold fries, and I told my co-worker, "Don't serve anything you wouldn't want to eat!" Guess that type of mentality is gone! Because I took the fries to the counter and set them there because there was no worker. And when she came, she asked, "What!" I said, "Touch the 🍟!" She made new one, but didn't bother to apologize for giving me something I know she wouldn't have...
