Jimmy John's — Restaurant in La Palma

In the past when I've ordered online at this location there was a pickup section at the end of the counter where the sandwiches are made. This particular time I went to that same section and the lady called out a order number. I showed her my order number on the app and she said very rudely "We don't go by that number" seemed odd to me why I would even have that number. She told me I have to go to the register to pickup where it said "Order here" I went to the line at the register and I was asked by the young lady if I was picking up and I said yes. She asked me what my name was and I told her Corey, she handed me a bag with 3 sandwiches in it and a receipt for $30.26. I said this isn't my order. She said your name is Corey correct, I said yes but this isn't mine. I said here's my app receipt with my name and order number. She said the order number doesn't mean anything and she verified what I ordered. I told her if you want me to have that particular order like you suggested then I'll take it because I'm already getting attitude for no reason. The cashier starts lashing out at me in front of everyone saying she didn't give me attitude and I said you didn't but that worker down there did. She continues raising her voice at me as I repeatedly thanked her. Turns out a couple mins later that there was another Corey asking for their order. The very rude lady that was making the sandwiches (She was probably the manager) was an older Asian/Filipina and the very rude cashier was a younger gal that wore glasses. I've never experienced such attitude at an establishment and Jimmy Johns should be ashamed for having such disgraceful people working...

Jimmy John's is a sandwich shop which has never disappointed. Leaps & bounds better than Subway, I looked forward to a delicious deli meat sandwich for dinner.

Spicy East Coast Italian- Ordered w/ extra everything already included (tomato, onions, pickles, oil & vinegar etc.), a hefty sub awaited me. The double servings of Genoa salami & capocollo, provolone cheese, dragged through the garden. I loved it!

Service was good. I ordered through the app, and my Spicy East Coast Italian was ready, upon arrival. Jimmy John's is located at on the west side of Centerpointe La Palma, on the right of Isla Cuban-Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar.

All I needed was a lit candle on my sub sandwich. Jimmy John's made my birthday month just that much more brighter & joyous. I'm a fan and will continue being a Jimmy...

The problem with this Jimmy John's is that in an area where they have to compete with other dining options, they're perfectly content with being standard (or even sub-standard) when it comes to making their products. Unlike other Jimmy John's locations, this one has higher-than-average prices while Jersey Mike's offers more variety for about the same cost. Further, the sandwiches here haven't exactly been amazing, as I've had a few delivered to me that had runny sauces; giving it an unpleasing texture and look when you're trying to eat a sandwich. I've given this place several chances in the hopes they could get it right but it seems to devolve with each visit.
