Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Buena Park

This is second post of previous review. The management in this location has serious problems and instead of correcting the issues, they are busy requesting the google to delete the honest reviews. I will post up my receipt as a proof of my experience.

My wife and child stopped by at this Cerritos Chic fil a location using drive through before she gets to work. When they pulled up to the window, there were 2 African American employees and 1 white employee were busy chatting among themselves, completely ignoring customers. And they were actulally preparing THEIR OWN DRINKS instead doing their job during work hours. After long wait, my wife finally signaled the white employee and the employee just backhanded her and ignored.

The employee didn't even relay the customer concern to the preparers of the sandwich, which were 2 African Americans. And one of those even had audacity to saying "are you in hurry?" to the customer in drive thru (customers are in DRIVE THRU for a reason, 'a classic Brainless employee'), which shows the status of mentality and completely fails to represent the value of the company they work for. Instead of being grateful to the customers who are buying their service, these guys just scorn at customers.

There are other restaurants near by and this one is certainly not the one you should trust your food with. Employees who are scorn customers usually temper with your food and no customers should take chance with their hard earned money. Instead of sending condiment coupons to cover up the honest review, the management should hire someone who is worth for their money. And they would be lucky that someone will record and post up their horrendous...

Usually the Chick-fil-A get something about my order not quite right. I loved that my order was as I order it, that employees had the heaters working outside so they can stay warm. Quality consistent with Chick-Fil-A standards. Keep it up

*Revised 6/8/23 Have been going to this location because much closer to my house than the restaurant on La Palma. While initially I was happy with the new locations things started to get bad - I have come home to find no chicken in the chicken sandwich (yes, true story), 3 times the unsweetened ice tea that was ordered was sweet...one time went back but the other times figured my time is more precious...tried calling to complain to no avail. I went today and asked in the drive thru for the manager at the window so I can get a replacement unsweet tea free of charge as the other 2 I had previously ordered had to go in the trash. I was of course charged and no manager met me at the window. I would say this: check your food, open and check your sandwiches, try your drinks before you leave the drive thru because you might not like to get home and discover their errors. I get it, people make mistakes, but to forget the chicken in the sandwich and keep giving the wrong drinks is just hassle for me...

This is the worst location! We love Chick-fil-A and have been to many locations from Pasadena to Redlands and Long Beach Town Center and Rossmoor are our usual locations which are great. We came here at 8:45 and their dinning area closes at 9 and there are plenty of tables outside. We ordered our food through the mobile app and gave our table number to dine-in since we don’t take long to eat. When we got our order the employee said we couldn’t eat in the dining room and not even on the patio so they could clean and close up. I’ve worked closing at fast food & sit down restaurants and have never asked a customer to leave before 10-15 minutes after closing unless they’re done eating and just talking. You let the final customers eat their food and clean up around them. And not letting us eat on the outdoor patio is just ridiculous. We took our food and ate at The Habit patio. Then found out our order was wrong! We had to go thru the drive thru because the employee at the drive thru window wouldn’t fix our order.
