We have ordered online twice and both times our meal was not ready. Unfortunately, the staff are not quick to serve as well, and the food portions are fairly small. It seems like they lack good leadership because even though they may not have a separate food station for only online orders like some other locations, they seem to keep no organization. IE have one person handle online orders only. The first time I ordered online, it was rush dinner time, so I expected some delay. I watched them prepare everyone else's small to large orders and no one started on our order, I figured they lost the ticket. They missed missed items in the meals that we paid extra for. Second time, I put the order in 4 hours earlier and it was not ready 5 minutes after pick up. The ticket got lost. I've worked food service before, and I expected more from the company and area. Read moreGo here upwards of 3 times a week, no big complaints overall, but today I went in there ordered my regular burrito, I asked for normal chicken, which is what I received, I saw the worker scoop normal chicken and everything was good, the worker at the next station then asked, “Honey chicken??” I said no regular chicken, and then I watched her write “C H” which stands for chicken and honey, I was confused because I told her it was regular, which it was. The cashier rung it up for honey and I said no it’s regular chicken, the lady at the previous station then got an attitude saying “he’s just trying to trick us” I then said no, it’s not honey chicken it’s regular. Read moreThis is not the first time my order was wrong. And you can't get in contact with customer service thru the phone number. They clearly put the wrong persons food in my bag. Absolutely ridiculous, I paid $23 for this thru doordash and I then had to leave my house to get it fixed. I changed my star rating only bc when I went the employees immediately wanted to help. But I should of been able to speak with a person for customer service instead of coming back out.
