Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in La Porte

I ordered four large blizzards off the mobile app and the time said to be there at 6:56 PM, we arrived at 6:57 PM and our order was not ready. After 5 minutes standing there a young man asked us what we were there for and I said we’re here for our mobile order which we’re standing right under the mobile order sign and so he hollers towards the back of the kitchen that mobile order is here he waits about a few more minutes and hollers again before he takes it upon himself to go back there while he’s back there another young lady, who’s a coworker asked him if he was making them and he snapped at her with a bad attitude saying he’s making them And then after 10 more minutes so total 20 minutes we get the Blizards and they’re runny with not much of the “goodies” so mostly vanilla ice cream, but what’s worse is he makes them up and didn’t know which was which so they then had to take it back to the kitchen in the back there to figure out who’s is who’s. We (my husband and me) talk to the manager instead of offering any resolution or even apologizing, he just kept making excuses that they’re down two employees. I understand they’re down employees, but there was not only him that’s walking around and has saw us standing there and did nothing, but also the young man that finally went back there to make it wasn’t doing anything initially. Someone could have said we’re behind and apologized then let us know about how much longer our order would be. I love Dairy Queen but this establishment here at 1233 Pinelake ave, Laporte Indiana 46350...

Sad I have to choose one star to even write a review. Horrible service. My husband and I went their the other night for a sweet treat. We went drove through, was left alone after we orders. Ignored by three employees who came to window multiple times. Waiting over 15minutes for a blizzard and hotfudge Sunday. Their we're no cars behind us and no one in front of us. It was late at night about 30 minutes before closing. When we're finally served after watching employees ignore us and do other thing infront of us. We we're sadly greater by a extreamly rude women. Who retorted with a smart commint to a question my husband asked. We made a compliant and was told by manager that He would be happy to re-do or order another time. We went a back a few days later alot earlier. Was again created by the same extreamy rude women. The told that they would not honor the other Mangers deal because the rude women could not find are name in a book. So instead of calling the other manager to confirm, we we're told no and handled very rudely, like we we're a inconvenience to their busy schedule. I am higly disappointed and will not be goin back to the Dairy Queen grill and chill in...

The skinny little blonde girl that works in front is extremely rude. I went to the counter to ask where my families food was we had been waiting 18 minutes for our food and i had seen it sitting on a tray for awhile. She tells me they are waiting on 1 thing still. So i ask for the other food because its just getting cold. Turns out it was cold and i asked that it be remade and was told no. And i had to ask for a manager. The blonde drops my try on the table n says "here" with an attitudd. After we got the food i informed them i was still missing a drink and a blizzard n they were angry. Well then do it right the first time people! My mom opens her cheese sauce for her pretzels n it was cold and hard so i go back up to ask for new cheese. I get to the counter n the blonde brat says what do u want. Well i only wanted cheese but now that u say what do u want to me with an attitude... i now want a manager! The brown haired girl with glasses rolls her eyes when u ask for something too. The manager was attentive but seemed annoyed about having to b attentive to...
