Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in La Porte

It was on a Sunday...1/31/2021...the App was down so I drove down to Domino's on Spencer and Underwood in Laporte...the man behind the counter lost his temper...he started cursing and punching the computers...while throwing pizza boxes all over the store...then he starting punching the walls and went into the back...still cursing and punching...I was in shock and walked out as soon as he walked into the backroom...I have called the home office more than once and have also called the District Manager...I have never received a call back...but if Domino's would bother to look at the surveillance tape they would see the unethical behavior I witnessed...I would not recommend anyone going into Domino's...but...evidently Domino's is not concerned about their personal property or the behavior of their employees...and they evidently don't care that the Pizza and other items on the menu have suffered...has anyone in charge even bothered to look how horrible some of Domino's reviews are in Laporte ?? They need a Descent Staff...Does anyone Care?... I will not return to the Domino's in Laporte...and the Domino's in Pasadena...on Fairmont is not any better...The District Manager never answers his phone...Guess he's not worried that the Domino's...in Laporte and Pasadena are...

I decided to try something different from Domino's I normally order the deep dish cheese pizza or cheese with hamburger. I got the garlic knots with the cheese sauce the cheese sauce melt Rancid and have so much better on top of it if they melted a stick of butter they couldn't have any more or any more it was horrible. Then I called back to get some marinara sauce so that I could actually eat the garlic knots he said it would be about 10-15 minutes cuz I'm like less than 3 minutes from the restaurant exactly 40 minutes later the driver past my house went to the complete other end of town and I was told well he might have had another delivery okay so you passed me to deliver to someone else and then come back in the meantime the garlic knots are hard as a rock. Not edible. I finally called and just told him to cancel the order I wasn't even willing to have a bowl full of marinara with hard as a rock garlic knots just not my night and I won't try anything different at this...

I understand times are getting tougher right now but that doesn't make it an excuse for products and service to go further down hill. This location used to be great but with each order we place, more and more goes wrong. Right now families are depending on you for quality products to feed their children, more so then ever. Today the tops of our lava cakes were gone/missing and the center revealed as if the tops were either burned off and stuck to a pan or eaten off. Also one of the thin crust pizzas we ordered was cooked for too long and well overdone. I worked for domino's in the past and we set for higher quality standards. If by chance you are working with a defective product (for instance if the lava cakes were stuck frozen together and broke apart) the least you could do is ask if the customers were ok with it. I am a very understanding person but at the same time I expect others...
