AT&T Store — Local services in Deer Park

Been a long time ATT customer and have purchased many phones over the years and several at this location. That ends now. Wife went in and seemed to bother store employee Emily. Wife wanted to have warranty looked up and process started for a charger repair but was met with an attitude. Emily didn’t want to bother with looking up the account and told her to go to a corporate store. If Emily bothered to look it up she would have also seen that we are due for a couple of upgrades and guess where we would have upgraded those phones at? Well now it will be somewhere else or another carrier. I called Emily to see what the problem was and was blatantly lied to. She claimed my wife came in hot because our son broke his phone… which is a lie as we had just talked about it and nobody was mad that a charger quit charging. I had just gotten off the phone with my wife before she went in and there wasn’t any anger… why would we be mad that a phone charging port quit working? It happens. Emily also claimed that my wife refused help… so why would she go in the first place? I called the next day and talked to Jordan who didn’t seem to care at all. It makes sense that the employee is that way since they are reflections of management… which in this case...

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I was happy at the store before all of these new employees got there. After talking to both the manager about an employee adding something on my account without me knowing they then adding something else on my account again without me knowing. Yes she did gave me a credit of what was added but couldn't stop adding things to my account. If you don't know this. YES you have to sign for something being removed or added to your account and YES the employee is to tell you the T&C on your account and YES you are supposed to read it and sign for it. If they do it for you it's against their training along with the T&C rights. I want to talk to the District manager not the store manager. I know he see this you can get my info...

This is the only Att Store I do business with even though it is further away from my home. The store manager greeted me at the door and called me by name. He asked me what my needs were and helped me understand exactly what would be best for my needs and situation. I can’t say enough about the store manager and his associate customer service skills and genuinely concerned about what I was looking for. You can definitely tell they love their job and interact with customers and respectful and helpful manner. I highly recommend the store.
