I was 2nd in line in the drive through waiting for the 7:00 A.M. opening on upsize Friday. Had to wait 3 minutes to even place my order. Line was already long , so I couldn't just leave. Placed my order for 3 smoothies requesting the free upsize (yes, I am a rewards member). Got up to the window where I was handed 1 smoothie and told "thank you." I asked for a drink carrier knowing that I needed to carry 3 smoothies into work. She handed me the 1 smoothie in the drink carrier and said goodbye. I had to tell her that I had 3 smoothies. Her reply was, " you did?" I waited another 12 minutes for the other 2 smoothies. All 3 were different with no markings as to what was what. I did not get the upsize either. I noticed it before I left but was already running late to get to work. I waited a total of 15 minutes for 3 smoothies and was only their 2nd customer that day. There were at least 4 people working that day. Shouldn't have had to wait that long. The smoothies were good, but I'm not sure that the wait or lack of quality service is worth it. Things need...
Read moreThe smoothies are great. However pricing is VERY high. A nearby casino offers very similar smoothies and they are 20-30% cheaper...and that's in a casino where you'd expect to pay more. Inconsistent hours due to lack of help. I understand not being able to take orders if you're the only person in the store and keeping doors locked for security. But I feel like lights should be turned off so potential customers don't get upset waiting for drive thru service that never answers. The app is not this locations fault, but whenever there are promotions, the app will not work. Of course, the promotions (usually a BOGO) are only available in the app...so you can't get the promotions. Pretty slick business model. Again, not this location's fault, but an interesting coincidence. With high prices and limited service available, I feel like the store may not last. It's in the "new" and "nice" retail area of town, but it doesn't fit the demographics...

I should have listened to the reviews, they were spot on. One lane is blocked off, which I can understand probably due to being understaffed. The wait seemed a bit excessive at the speaker. The person at the window was unenergetic and unfriendly. She didn't even speak, just reached for the money and closed the window back.as she gave me my change, I asked what the total was, since she neither verbalized it nor provided a receipt. The interaction rubbed me the wrong way. In the end I had to ask for a drink carrier for my 4 drinks AND request straws. 2 or the smoothies were excellent and the other 2 seriously lacked flavor. After spending $10 for a 32oz Smoothie that lacked flavor and being treated like a bother, I can't see us returning. This is not a good start for...
