we have been coming here since opening day and haven’t had many issues besides a few mistakes that I didn’t complain about because I knew they were just opening, and I’ve had to train at new companies and know the first few weeks can be rough, today we order again and my sons meal was made completely wrong and when asking them to fix it they then told me I had to pay for his meal again, which makes no sense since the way his meal normally came has always been made “correctly” like I said we have been coming here since opening day 3 weeks ago bc it’s been a huge pregnancy craving, and the people in the drive thru were extremely rude to my husband and then I call and end up having to ask for a manager where she claims that the meal we haven’t changed for our son is wrong on our part when they’ve been making it that way for the last three weeks, the manager claims that they have been making his meal wrong the last three weeks and that today it was suddenly made correctly so we would have to pay for their mistake pretty much , I get it’s been 3 weeks since opening day but there’s no reason why something like this should of happened for three weeks straight and then you tell the customer they have to pay for a mistake made by the company. I wouldn’t simply have no problem paying for something if it was truly on our behalf but for the manger to claim suddenly that today his food was made correctly when they’ve last 10 times we’ve ordered it was made different is horrible service, why is it no one corrected this from the get go? Even on opening day we ordered my sons SAME meal and now im curious if managers had to have been in the kitchen watching over everyone making sure things were made correctly ? It just absolutely makes zero sense that a meal that’s been ordered many times now is suddenly incorrect and that a customer would have to pay for the mistakes , sounds like the business is already failing and in...
Read more1st time ever eating here - I never complain online about things like this but I picked up at new store in LaPorte IN. I am not a foodie and didn't think I would like it but ordered a steak burrito with extra portion of steak & bottle Mexican Coke. Ready by 10pm - I waited inside 15minutes while others ordered and were already eating theirs. They weren't busy maybe 3 cars in parking lot. She had someone make it and then told me they are out of the Mexican Coke. So they hand me a child size bag with atiny burrito the size of my hand for $17. I could see 2 of them and drink for $17 maybe... but wow I could order a large pizza for $8 at Dominos! For a picky eater it is good though but this is like County Fair prices. Mucho Mas here in LaPorte is cheaper and a fridge...
Read moreTo the community of LaPorte,
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the restaurant located at 150 Pine Lake Ave, LaPorte, IN 46350. I ordered two bowls, and both were incorrect. When I called the number listed for the store, I was surprised to find that I was speaking with a call center representative based in Canada—not someone at the actual location.
I requested to speak with the on-duty manager at the LaPorte store, but unfortunately, I was not provided with a direct or helpful response. It’s frustrating when a company fails to take responsibility or offer proper solutions.
I want to share this so others in the LaPorte area are aware. While you might receive decent service now, my experience leads me to question the consistency and accountability of this...
