On door and online it said they close at 10:30 on a Saturday, we walk in at 10, wait in line for 10 minutes, we watch them reject multiple people who walk in after us because they’re “closed”. We thought it was odd they were rejecting people from service even though they were closed yet. Then guy from back comes out and tell us we have to leave too. We proceed to tell him we’ve been in line for 10+ minutes, and that we drove 25 minutes out to this specific cold stone because it says everywhere they close at 10:30! After back and fourth he says “since we all just want to go home, it’s not that deep, don’t get 3 ice creams each”. Seems like the workers just wanted to close 30 min earlier and get out of there....

We have always enjoyed our Cold Stones cakes, but recently that changed dramatically. Even though they are a custom ice cream shop (that's their whole business model) now they have all these rules about how you order cakes, whether you can customize them, etc. On top of that, you get one answer when you call and speak with someone and then another answer when you call baback.
