Where do i start? It was 10 pm on a Monday and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and they both were handed 1 bag of food and a couple drinks but i waited behind them for at least 10+ minutes, then when i got to the window for my order i waited at least 10 more minutes for 2 tacos and a medium iced tea with lemon. ( the tea wasn’t iced and it didn't have any lemons 🫤) The gal working the drive thru got an attitude when I pointed out she/he overcharged me for the warm tea with dirty looking lime wedges floating at the top. The whole time i was waiting for my 2 tacos ( not a special order btw) i could see the drive thru person bagging up multiple large orders for the customers behind me in the drive thru…I couldn’t understand why these orders were being prepared before mine, and at one point I contemplated just leaving the drive thru without my f-ing tacos. When my tacos were finally shoved into the bag i asked for 6 packets of hot sauce and received some more attitude. Im pretty sure they weren’t understaffed, i saw 3 different employees behind the counter and that wasn’t including whoever was working the grill. The last time I visited this location there was a different employee that provided the same type of horrible customer service and rude attitude.

Read moreBeen to this location a number of times, have experienced several disappointments. First off, this locations prices are higher than other Del Taco locations. They constantly add .20-.50 cents to their "value" menu items. The reason that they feel they can do this is prime location; right on the corner of 111 and Washington. I personally am turned off by it...alot. whoever owns this franchise obviously thinks it's a smart business decision, but I disagree. Second, this location is so, so, so slow! The drive thru can be really awful. I've gotten stuck in a short line for 20 mins plus, more than once! Tonight was the final insult in the bad running of this location. 6pm on a Saturday night, Del Taco running a big fish taco promotion...and...they run out of fish! Any one of these things taken by itself may be an anomaly, but if you put it all together, it's an obviously badly run, badly managed and badly owned location. Read moreI had given this place 4 stars because the food is always fresh and have decent customer service. Today I pull up to the drive through and the employee over the intercom says " yeah! What's up man! What do you want" then started laughing. I said excuse me he again began laughing and saying I cant hear you. I said forget this pulled up to the window and ask the young man if there was a problem. Realizing he was out of line he began to apologize. I asked his name and he said Andrew or something like that and again said he could hear me. They need to be trained and corrective action need to happen. I ordered again tonight, 11-29-22 from post mates and they shorted me 2 items. When I called the Manager Angel he said it wasn't his fault to call post mates and get my money back. Why should I have to do that? You messed up the order. I don't understand this Del Taco and why this continues to be the issue. If your Managers are to weak to train staff why promote them.
