I met Randy several years ago at a Kevin Carter Make A Wish fundraiser in Nashville and my wife bid and won a Randy Willard custom suit for me. I had never had a custom-made suite or sports coat. Wow, was I missing out! Since then Randy has made me dress shirts, sports coats, dress pants, ties, and most recently, a fabulous tux jacket. But, here’s what’s even more impressive. On July 29, I texted Randy to ask if he could make me a tan and black tux jacket for a wedding we were traveling to in Colorado Labor Day weekend. His answer was “yes, I can make it but my tailor is on vacation until August 16.” Timing was obviously a challenge, but he proceeded to send me three swatches of tan/gold cloth to consider. We settled on the richest gold one August 3. He then wanted me to text him some photos of me in the last jacket he had made for me so he could see if I had gained or lost weight since then. From there, we texted back and forth several times over the next several days until his tailor returned as promised. The jacket was completed September 1, and sent overnight UPS to my hotel in Boulder for my September 2 arrival. The jacket was stunning and a perfect fit. After receiving many compliments at the wedding of 250-300, the mother-of-the-bride told me at the next morning’s brunch, that her daughter told her first thing the morning after that “Vic stole the night” with his jacket. I have known Randy for several years and during that time, I've bounced various fashion ideas off of him. When I finally pulled the trigger and decided to have Randy make me a suit, several sport coats and dress shirts, I was amazed. I wish I had made this decision long ago. Randy took all of my measurements, sat me down, and spent several hours with me picking out specific fabrics, choosing various colors and patterns, and even choosing custom buttons. Randy called me back to him several times during the creation process to ensure that each and every piece fit the way it should, and it did. It was truly an experience.

Once I received the custom pieces Randy had made for me, I was in awe. It was even nicer than I had imagined it was going to be. When I put the suit and sports coats on, I transformed from Clark Kent to Superman... That's exactly how it felt. I could not be more happy with Randy's personal service, flexibility, attention to detail, and final product. Randy went above and beyond what he promised me and I will never go anywhere else for high-end...

There is no doubt that Randy knows men's fashion, but it's his customer service and attention to detail that separates him form everyone else. Randy went above and beyond for me. I'm a big guy and finally decided to have custom shirts, jackets, and suits made so that everything fits. My norm was the neck, chest, and shoulders were always too small, and the torso was always too baggy. Randy made me an entire wardrobe that actually fits and looks great, but it wasn't easy. He was the perfectionist, not me, and I have fantastic fitting clothes because of it. He also carries jeans, shoes, and casual clothes that are far better quality than you will get at other stores. Even if you don't want to go custom, call Randy and he will put together a stylish wardrobe for you that makes you feel good about yourself.
