Good food. However, the gentleman traded off with a woman to help someone else and the woman did not get my full order. They seemed busy and did not apologize nor were they personable. I understand they were busy but they really need to have better customer service and smile At the end the woman opened the bag and reviewed the order and said this is what you ordered at the end. I started to said no it was the beginning before he passed you off on me but I did not. She went on to say she is going to double check the got my Order right because she’s not about to get yelled at like she did earlier from another customer. She quoted I’m not about that life. I went to eat today at Rubio’s Coastal Grill around 1pm, and I didn’t have to wait to order. I placed an order of fish tacos. The fish tacos were awesome, good size and full of flavor. I also ordered 2 plain burritos to go, and they did not disappoint.

Rubio’s meal prices are very reasonable. Everyone working at Rubio’s had a positive attitude and the restaurant was very clean. I read some of the previous unfavorable Rubio’s restaurant reviews, and I didn’t experience any issues. Perhaps management made some operational improvements recently? While I love rubios and will probably continue to, this location has very bad workers.

The lady that was working on the afternoon of 01/04 should be given training in customer service and if not deemed fit, should be let go.

This has to be serious. I work mighty hard and when I come to pick up my food I expect the same professionalism.

Either take pride in being professional or not. There is no middle groung for me. Truly, I made a mistake. instead of picking up from the app order place I waited for the staff.
