Love the food and workers are super friendly. However, the last 3 times I've gone, all 3 orders were wrong. Since I usually order drive thru, I don't notice until I get back to work. First order, I order 2 double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch and a regular roast beef. Got back to work and found out I'm missing the beef and cheddar that was for a friend. Second order, I ordered a double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch meal with curly fries and a cup of cheddar. I checked this time and I'm missing the cup of cheddar. Had to go inside and asked for it as the drive thru worker walked off. Third time, I order a double beef and cheddar with extra red ranch and the new Philly cheese steak sandwich. Checked the bag once again and everything was correct. Went back to work and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was fantastic but messy. I then opened up my double beef and cheddar and it turned out to be a double roast beef with red ranch. I can't keep going and paying more for less food as a roast beef costs less than a beef and cheddar and completely missing one was stupid. None of my orders were complicated as I only added extra red ranch to my beef and cheddar. Workers need to spend a little bit more time and check the screen to make sure everything is correct as I shouldn't have to. I might just go back to McDonald's and get their McDoubles as...
Read moreI loved working their at Arby’s to be honest because of the friendly customers and some of the managers helping me when I started working there, besides this one manager. This particular manager is the reason why I quit my job and those who did before me. The time I started my job their, this manager would get at me over the littlest things, accuse me of theft, and even embarrassed me in front of my coworkers and customers. The last night I worked their both him and the GM basically gave me a hard time by giving me an ultimatum, and knowing they not going to do ANYTHING about what happened to me, I did them off a favor and quit. I don’t care if they want to call me to tell me to take this review down, unless they make some changes and take action than playing favorites and stop making every employee at Arby’s miserable. I pulled up the offer in the app. I showed it to the cashier who told me I could only redeem it through the app. I tried several times, even closing and opening the app, but for some reason I was unable to select the item. Out of frustration I left the restaurant. Later I tried to get in touch with Arby's through customer service online, but they don't have a number to call. I tried to use their online system, but it also had problems. I will stop coming here. I do not need this level of frustration added on top of the frustration of being hungry.
