Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Vergne

The only reason I rated the service a 1 is because O could not give a zero. The lady at the counter on Sunday, 9.28.25 at 2:30 pm was rude and clearly does not know customer service. She made no Eye Contact or Greeted me when I walked in. When I stood by the counter to look at the menu. I said hello, to which I received no response. I proceeded to say, how are you, without looking up she rudely said fine. At that point she said you can order at the kiosk. I said, I am looking at thr menu but thank you. I ended up leaving and not ordering there due to the unpleasant nature of that interaction. I have worked in Hospitality for 25 years and cannot believe the way the workers at location were. I went back in to get her name and she would not even look at me, two of the other workers said they don't give out names. Maybe it is Fast Food but in my industry, we give our name and wear name tags. The Fast Food Industry especially this Taco Bell needs yo take a lesson from...

Terrible..Terrible... The service is the worst. Dont go in the evening, there is a light skinned young"man" who is beyond rude. Absolutely No Customer Service skills. Im very confused as to how this manchild has ever had proper employment.. After being extremely rude and not wanting to explain extra charges on my total i spoke with the manager who was extremely young but nice, but was painted up like a clown.. The manchild proceeded to make Faces and hand gestures behind her, i told her what he was doing and she just said Ok?... I explained he needs more training as he is extremely unprofessional. Then i explained thats why they work there and I'm only eating there. Get it together and Do the job YOU chose to apply for and except employment at! Also the food itself was pretty bad. This has got to be the worst and I mean worst taco bell in Tennessee! Everytime I order they mess my order up but literally just went through the drive thru and got greeted by the rudest person in the building! She’s a manager I believe a mid 40s cacausian women with glasses. she was very rude over the speaker and literally blew under her breathe when I told her something on the screen was wrong. When I get to the window my drink was wrong i asked for no ice I told the other girl who told that lady who said “OMGGG” and rolled her eyes. So I get home with my food and OF COURSE MY burrito was beef instead of chicken I paid extra for! I buy into my taco and there’s a piece of a plastic glove in it!
