I originally came in to fix my mother's broken necklace chain last month. I was greeted by Vatche and Koko. They are amazing-- they were able to fix the necklace the very same day.

While I was waiting at the store, I was roaming around checking out wedding bands as I recently got engaged and married this year. As I was looking through all the selections, I found one I really liked and asked Vatche for the details. I mentioned that I would be back with my husband later in the year to look at men and women's wedding band-- and they DID NOT pressure me to purchase anything!! Which is amazing, since I know there is stigma about jewelry stores pressuring their clients to purchase. However, Rodeo Jewelers is a family owned store. And I am all about supporting small businesses.

Just a week ago, I came back with my husband to show him the ring I wanted. Upon looking at men's rings, my husband liked a specific ring (in a diffeerent color) and Vatche brought out a book to show my husband his "dream ring". I let Vatche and Koko know (and I was very honest) that we were just looking and shopping around to see what there is out there. Vatche was soooo nice and understanding and said to let him know if there were any other questions I had later down the line. Once again, I was not pressured to purchase anything that day!

After visiting several stores, I really wanted to go back to Rodeo Jewelers because of their customer service!!! Outstanding customer service from Vatche and Koko became a relationship we started to build with them and we became a client. I think, a life long client. Because 1) they have a great selection on jewelry; 2) they are specialized to custom make rings; 3) their service is great.

They do not work off commission as this is a family run business, they work on mending relationships with clients.

A few years ago, I was looking for a custom wedding ring for myself, but Robbins Brothers sent me a defective ring. I also was looking for something unique and affordable for my beloved wife; Rodeo Jewelers solved both of these conundrums.

First, Coco took over three months to locate a variety of pink sapphires, which were not only the cut and color I wanted (color changing peach to pink, depending on sunlight), but were in my price range. The custom design was similar to a ring offered by Tiffany's, but with a higher gold content (18k vs. Tiffany's 14k), more diamonds added to the edges, and an overall thicker and heavier ring. Moreover, it was 1/3 the price!

For my wedding ring (pictured), Coco combined yellow and white gold masterfully, to form a ring that I still get compliments about years later! They even engraved it in Amharic, the main language in Ethiopia! Icing on the cake is when your orders are done Coco and his son Vache will contact you via email and your cellphone, and are very responsive.
